La Tana di Sofia

- Nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt: Bus-/Tramhaltestelle in ca. 5 Laufminuten, 9 Haltestellen bis zur Piazza Venezia (insgesamt ca. 35 Minuten); - eine gemeinsame Küche gut ausgestattet; - die gemeinsame Terasse ist schön; - Roberto war sehr freundlich;

- Die Sauberkeit war nicht perfekt: z.B. an einigen Stelle im Zimmer war der Staub zu lange nicht geputzt, das Badezimmer bzw. Duschkabine wirkten nicht sehr frisch, die Terasse machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck; - Man sollte schon vor dem Einziehen alle nötige Reinigungsmittel besorgen (in unserem Fall war auch keine Handseife da), eigentlich gut vorher zu wissen, sonst gar kein Problem: kann man im Laden nebenan besorgen.

The apartment is located in a prime location in Rome. The room facilities are excellent. Completely homely environment. The owner is very supportive. I would like stay there again once I visit Rome.

Too many gates to enter into the property although it is important from security point of view.

Great location near a train station, grocery store, and bus stops. Check in was easy -Roberto was a great greeter!! The kitchen met our needs and we were happy to have a washing machine. The host was mostly a good communicator.

On Saturday night, the air conditioner stopped working (creating cool air). I notified the host on Sunday, and she said that she couldn't get a worker in to look at the air conditioner because there are not workers available on Sunday. She sent me a message Monday morning to say that a worker would be there between 10:30 -11:00am, but that I did not need to be there. We returned at 4pm, and the air conditioner was not fixed and we no longer heard anything from the host - no update, no apology for the problem. Rome was in the middle of a heat wave, so I'm sure there was high demand for air conditioning repair staff. I do not fault the host for the problem, but I am disappointed that she didn't acknowledge and apologize for the problem, and that she stopped communicating with me.

Mängel und Probleme Badezimmer/Hygiene * 40% der Decke mit schwarzem Schimmel bedeckt (ernsthaftes Gesundheitsrisiko!) * Duschbrause defekt * Dusche stark verkalkt * Schimmel in den Fugen Heizung/Klima/Komfort * Heizung außer Funktion * Klimaanlage hat nur gekühlt * Keine zusätzlichen Decken vorhanden (Mussten im Schlafsack schlafen) Wohnen/Küche/Lärm * Winzige Küche musste mit 3 Mitbewohnern geteilt werden * Wohnung war sehr hellhörig ⚠️ Hinweis zum Schimmel: Schwarzer Schimmel in diesem Ausmaß stellt ein erhebliches Gesundheitsrisiko dar.
