It's very spacious and clean. The bedroom nearest the bathroom had a very comfortable bed. They also provided a fan, which came in very handy as it was a very hot night. The bathroom is lovely.
We didn't have any sachets of milk or teabags to make a cup of tea in the morning. (We only stayed one night as we were at weddings for the day and evening. We didn't bring any with us as it was a hot day and didn't want it to spoil in the car)

Central to the town, so everything was in close proximity. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
The shared access to the apartment, was dirty and the carpet stained and dirty , which did not give a good initial impression. There was a slight smell on entry.
The apartment has a light switch in the living room which was broken and therefore dangerous.

Communication was brilliant from the host, I knew exactly where to go and what to do to obtain the key, there was even a little video too.
Location was amazing, lots of places to eat nearby and literally a two minute walk into town.
The apartment was so clean and cosy and had everything we could need, perfect for our little trip into Melton. Thank you!
As the apartment is above restaurants there is a food smell as you walk into the hallway however as you get to the top floor and within the apartment you cannot smell anything so it wasn't a problem at all but when you first walk in you wonder if it is going to impact the apartment.

Location
The noise from the road at all hours. The building shook whenever a heavy vehicle passed by. The shower in the apartment didn't work correctly
