The living room room is an open plan space which incorporates the dining room and kitchen, making it a brilliant area to socialise and cook meals together with family or friends. There is also a sofa bed for 2 guests in the living area.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The Kitchen is a bright and spacious area which comes fully equipped for preparing and enjoying meals. There is a fridge, oven, hob, washing machine, toaster, kettle, cutlery, utensils, cookware and tableware.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is one bathroom in this house that has a shower cubicle, a toilet and a sink.

You will have sole access to the entire home throughout your stay. The outside garden areas are shared with the property owners, who live in the house next door. The house next door isn’t accessible, it’s just the cottage which you will have access to.
*A fully refundable security deposit of £150 is required prior to check-in. We take a hold on your card for your deposit (similar to how a hotel when you check-in) every 5 days (because they do not last longer than that). Some bank accounts show this as a transaction and some show it as a hold. However, the hold will not be charged by us unless you are in breach of our terms and conditions.
* All guests will be required to complete our reservation form which includes our booking terms and conditions and provision of a copy of ID prior to check-in.
* Please message us if you require a late check out. This can be organised at an extra cost.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require mid-stay cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with Renzo.

The property benefits from FREE off-road parking which is directly outside the cottage.
