Great place to stay, lovely apartment really enjoyed my stay, great facilities.

The location was perfect as the bus stop was directly outside the apartment. It made traveling into Edinburgh's attractions very easy. We parked our car and used the bus all three days.
I didn't know that the owner would be staying the night at the apartment when we booked. It wasn't a particular problem for us, but I would have preferred knowing. It did mean we had to stay dressed in case he came home (it was a shared hallway).

Very clean, quiet, comfy. You have your own and very modern bathroom right next to the bedroom which is very convenient. Towels are provided. The bed is super comfortable, the nights were quiet with a good seabreeze in the room in summer, if you leave the window open.
Bus station in front of the house.
It’s a bit far out (25 minutes with the bus to the center of Edinburgh) so nothing for those who’d like to directly fall in their bed after a night out in a pub.
