Very clean, quiet, comfy. You have your own and very modern bathroom right next to the bedroom which is very convenient. Towels are provided. The bed is super comfortable, the nights were quiet with a good seabreeze in the room in summer, if you leave the window open.
Bus station in front of the house.
It’s a bit far out (25 minutes with the bus to the center of Edinburgh) so nothing for those who’d like to directly fall in their bed after a night out in a pub.

Very tastefully decorated. Comfy bed and lovely cotton bedding. Plenty of pillows! It was fully equipped, there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. The bathroom was new and gorgeous. Shower was really powerful and plenty of hot water. The host was incredibly knowledgeable of the area. Very welcoming. Very generous. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay there again. I totally recommend. This is the first home stay I’ve experienced and it hasn’t put me off doing it again.
There are a few flight of stairs which I hadn’t read about properly. But it was fine because there was a balcony with a lovely view.

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is aanwezig in de keuken om maaltijden te bereiden, goed bed, zeer fijne (stort-) douche.
Daniel was zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk en hield zich op de achtergrond waardoor je alle privacy hebt. Verder alles zoals omschreven.
Bus stopt aan de straat waardoor je direct kunt opstappen op lijn 9 naar Edinburgh.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and of a high standard.
Being on the top floor with no lift which made transportng luggage to the flat difficult.
