We booked for our student son, according to him everything was good, clean, conveniently located. Just what a student needs. Thanks to the hotel's customer service, they responded to all our requests promptly.
There was some confusion about where he would be staying. We initially booked a different hotel, but they told us they couldn't accommodate us there for technical reasons and offered us this option. We understood that they were owned by the same people. Both hotels are for students only. Location wasn't important to us, so we agreed. They then provided clear instructions on how and where to get the key and the rules of the stay—this was done well.

Check-in was a nightmare as well as registration for booking. Your process is broken and unprofessional.
