The room was clean and the essentials were provided including plates, cookware, and cutlery. The room was also easy to access and the shower was strong.
The only downsides were there were no immediate staff to contact in case of emergency and the directions for returning the keycard after my stay were partially false as there is no qr code to scan inside the lockbox.

Towels and bedding where supplied which was great along with shower gel and washing up liquid. But no tea towel to dry the dishes used so I had to leave everything on the drainer. Also no toilet roll in the bathroom, which was very odd. I had to run out and get some myself (good job I noticed)
