We enjoyed our visit to Edinburgh, the flat was central for what we wanted ot do whilst there
The location was excellent for access to Edinburgh and surrounding attractions. Public transport was cheap and regular. Flat spacious had good kitchen facilities. Bathroom was reasonable. Hosts very pleasant and responds to queries quickly and will let you leave luggage if you are too early for check in.
Flat extremely cold on arrival, it was a bitter cold day and it then took quite a while for the flat to get warm. Information form hosts is scant to say the least re operation of the facilities in the flat, shops and nearby transport, no emergency numbers. Only mirror was over the wash hand basin in the bathroom. Shower over bath and no bath mat for bath. No TV in lounge. TV in bedroom and you need to use your own media account to make use of it as it is not connected to terrestrial television.

I loved it and would definitely stay here again.
I thought the location was ideal. It was close to transit for arriving from the airport, the train if you're taking it, walking distance to the centre of town--I mostly just walked everywhere. It was also not on a busy road, so was quieter. I loved that it was a little cozy refuge where I could cook for my daughter and her friends when they came by, or just retreat to by myself when I needed a little rest from the busyness of visiting and exploring.
Coming from Canada, I struggled with the water heater for the shower, even though there are directions. Thankfully, my daughter has a similar one in her apartment so could sort me out. Also there was a little smell of damp in the bedroom, but maybe that's just how things go when you are by the sea.

Would recommend to anyone coming to Edinburgh
The apartment is very spacious, with a full dining room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, with plenty of space in all three. The kitchen has everything you’d need to prepare meals. Shampoo and soap are provided so no need to bring any. Apartment is located very well, very short walk from tram and bus stops (and only 20m walk to town on foot), with a Tesco Express nearby with everything you need. Safe area, didn’t feel unsafe walking back in the evenings. Hosts were very helpful, responding quickly to any questions we had, and let up drop our bags early coming in from a morning flight. Great value for money, and the accommodation contributed to us having a very pleasant trip. If coming back to Edinburgh again, I would book this accommodation.
Minor nitpicks, nothing that really brought down our stay: The corridor into the apartment appears slightly sketchy the first time you enter, but after the first time going through, it’s not a big worry at all. One of the lights in the bathroom would flicker if turned on for the first time in a while, but it would settle after a minute. You need to make sure the door to the apartment locks properly, as you can close it without it locking, but as long as you check before leaving the apartment, it’s not a concern.

It was ok.
Location was very central. Was able to get around very easily.
Bed not good. No facilities to unpack clothes for hanging.Full of owners personal items. Shower needs to be replaced. No pressure or enough water. Bath plug did not work. Full of hair and grime. Outside was not pleasant at back. Full of other owners rubbish. Window full of spider webs and dirt. Kitchen sink had no plug.

Handy to the city
Quiet and comfortable, and conveniently close to transport (tram and bus) to city centre, and Haymarket Station for British Rail. Small but adequate bathroom facilities, and the bedroom and living/kitchen areas were spacious. Hosts were not on site, but communication with them was excellent. Supermarkets within easy walking distance.
Lack of a car park - appeared to be no spaces available to non-permit-holders on the street, so were forced to use a parking building in the city.

We would stay again.
The location was quite adequate. It was all we needed. The bed was good. It was quiet with no road noise. There were towels, hand soap, dish wash detergent, spices, tea bags. Crockery and cutlery were good. We felt secure in the apartment. We would stay there again.
A microwave would've been useful instead of using the oven. There was no kitchen sink plug nor dishcloth. The lighting was dim so we found we couldn't read in the evenings.

We appreciate the location, close to buses, trains. The area is quiet, restaurants, pubs and grocery
We lacked closets where you could keep your clothes. There are 2 closets but they were filled with cleaning supplies. We also lacked instructions regarding the shower function.

Basic no frills lodging
Good location, bed was comfortable. Good access to public transportation and felt safe in the area.
No tea towels, no strainer in kitchen sink, no pot scrubber. Couch could use an upgrade. No closet space available, only hooks on the back of the door and in hallway. No hangars. Bathroom is extremely narrow to get to the toilet. No wash cloths provided. It has potential, but could use some tweaking to make it more appealing. Maybe booking.com has lower standards than Air Bnb. That’s not on the owners but on the agency.
