No frills, but clean, safe, central and quiet. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Good shower, good linen, well designed room. Close to a number of bus stops and supermarket.

The minimum provided. Two pillows, two knives, two mugs, two plates... Nothing provided beyond the "starter pack". No clothes hangers provided. The lifts didn't work.

No bins in the bedroom or kitchen No kettle in the kitchen

Location is perfect, great value for money for location, good quality

Was a shame that we couldn’t use some of the communal facilities, such as the kitchen. Would have been great to be able to even just use the fridge etc

We like places that are not in the middle of tourist areas yet easy to get to the sites. This place was a nice walk into the Old City and fun to see all the local stuff.

No communication. We notified property we would check in a day later than the reservation and would like a refund for that day (14 Aug) - Place was a dorm (not as advertized). TV didn't work, no towel service, floors dirty and unmopped, "manager" unresponsive. The price was very high for being a dorm room without any other ammenities. Would like for someone to contact me about this. If the place was described honestly and at a decent price I would still have considered staying there as we like off-beat.
