The location was great, easy access to public transport into the city. The town is a lovely area, nice and quiet with a nice heritage trail to take you around the town. Walkable to the zoo and some lovely hill walks too.
There needs to be a "lip" put on the bottom of the shower pane as the water splashes out under it and this has clearly been an issue with the random patches of lino tiles on the floor.

Location was good easy access to the city via bus. Took around 20mins to old town by bus. Easy access to room.

The location was good, only 5 mins walk to restaurants and shops. I believe it had been recently re-decorated.
I think we should have been told about the flat being on top floor and a number of stairs needed climbing. The sofa in the lounge was so low, that my partner actually sunk into it.....with his knees under his chin almost!. My partner who is 6 foot tall found it very uncomfortable. There was a spring coming through on the bed. The radiator in the bathroom needed replacing as it was rusty. The saucepans and frying pan in kitchen badly scratched and needed replacing.
