The en-suite room is spacious and exceptionally clean and tidy. The bed and blanket are very comfortable. The house is located in a quiet and elegant area. Although it is a bit far from the city centre, there are very good bus connections. Bus number 27 is only a two-minute walk from the house and takes you to the centre in about 20 minutes. The host is very friendly and welcoming.
I would liked to have two bottles of water upon arrival in the room!

Host very friendly. Very clean. Room was roomy. You can take several buses to get into Edinburgh or elsewhere. Bus stops are across the street or less than a block away.
Breakfast or other meals were not included, but we knew that beforehand.

It was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Absolutely perfect!
Not really anywhere to sit & eat food. No place to refrigerate anything. A little awkward walking a few flights of stairs in someone else’s home. Very private though.

No kettle, extra pillows needed, no anti slip mat for shower, needs better chair x 2 for sitting on , requires a full length mirror, very clinical, tv needs n more accessible choice
