Located on the elegant Via Volta, one of the most central and sophisticated streets in the city, the property enjoys a prime position. A short stroll through the charming old town leads to Como’s main attractions, including the Cathedral (Duomo) and Piazza Cavour, with its breathtaking view of the lake.
Loading and unloading can be done in front of the entrance to the property, located at Via Volta 61.
Parking is available upon request, subject to availability, and it is located in a nearby building at Via Volta 11. It is a covered parking facility, with an extra cost of €20 per night.
Please note that this is a particular type of garage: vehicles must comply with specific size and weight limits (height, width, length, and weight) in order to access it.
To reach the city of Como the closest airport is Milan Malpensa.

Located on the first floor, the apartment features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a 55" Smart TV. On the lower level, there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower (without bidet), and a room with a double sofa bed. The mezzanine includes a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The entrance corridor houses a washer-dryer inside a convenient wardrobe. The apartment is equipped with a remotely controlled air conditioning system that automatically adjusts the temperature to ensure comfort and energy efficiency. There is also a mechanical ventilation system that maintains optimal indoor air quality by regulating humidity. For the system to work properly, it is recommended to keep the windows closed.
