Amazing host and a fabulous stay! Giulio is probably one of the most understanding and accommodating hosts I have encountered—and I’ve met my fair share! I was celebrating my anniversary with my wife and booked at the last minute after having to leave our previous accommodation because of its poor quality. Thankfully, this place did not disappoint. I requested both an early check-in and a late checkout, and Giulio kindly accommodated us on both occasions—something many hosts would not have allowed. The property is right in the centre of Como, surrounded by plenty of life and activity, yet we couldn’t hear any outside noise and both enjoyed a great night’s sleep. I wish Giulio and his wife all the very best, and I hope she has a safe and healthy pregnancy and that they are blessed with a beautiful, healthy bambino. If I return to Como, this is definitely where I would stay again. Highly recommended!

It was spotless No dirt no grime No smell In fact the corridor smelled very nice (good quality washing powder smell) Very spacious Super Mario was a great touch ;-)

Très bien situé, très joli appartement. Bien équipé.

Le parking n’est pas inclus - alors qu’il est indiqué qu’il y a un parking - oui, bien sûr, il y en a à proximité , comme tout endroit finalement.

Modernes Appartement mit einem super bequemen Bett, sehr sauber (!), die Lage für ins Zentrum perfekt (besser geht nicht), Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar und freundlich! Ideal für Alleinreisende, wie auch für ein Paar. Danke!

Die frühmorgens quitschenden Garagentore im Hof. Eine Kleinigkeit, die man schnell vergisst: so steht man früher auf und hat mehr vom Tag ;). Ansonsten sehr ruhig!!
