Peaceful and very friendly

Lovely hosts who were kind and helpful. A restful and safe place to stay. A bit of difficulty with the language translation at first and some kind of mix up with booking, but soon sorted out. Pretty flowers in hanging baskets.

Shower was a bit difficult to get the right temperature and pressure.

Clean, tidy, nice owners, good value

It was very clean, owners were friendly, value for money

We were quite bothered by loud bins going up the drive way past our window, smashing bottles from the residents down stairs and also tradesmen starting at about 730 in the morning to fix the fence having no respect for us travellers wanting to sleep. Considering check out is 10 perhaps they should have more consideration and make less noise before at least 9am

Honestly it exceeded the expectations. Affordable, very clean, great service. I felt safe & comfy.

The hospitality of the owners, the service, and the cleaning standards were met and exceeded expectations really. They are a kind couple running their family business and have created in detail a great environment to stay the night in the north shore of Auckland. I felt like going back home thanks to their hospitality. Great for solo travellers/ couples or if looking a place where to stop by when traveling for work.

Hosts were nice but no privacy and not what I thought I booked either.

The hosts were nice but no English.

Little to no privacy at all. My mum was half way getting changed and the host tried walking in… No where did it state the home owners would be staying there too. No where did it state that there were quiet hours. A bit disappointed when we showed up to what we did.
