It was great despite the rest of the building.

Cleanliness of the stairs was terrible, elevator took so long regarding its 15 or so floors, otherwise experience was fun. The room shared with two other rooms and facilities was a twist, make sure to book with happy people by chance.

I hated how there was garbage throughout the room, when I checked in the room was dirty and messy. On Wednesday they suggested and recommended it was time to checkout although I paid until the Friday. The building this apartment is in stinks and this room shouldnt even be advertised on Booking.com as it’s horrendous. It wasn’t cleaned enough or just thoughtfully cleaned like making the bed ect

A place to sleep with caveats

Exactly as advertised however the shared spaces are smaller than I thought. The property manager was also very communicative and was able to answer questions I had very promptly. I also had a lovely view.

The door for my room was a bit dodgy, there is no aircon and the cleanliness of the apartment really depended on the other two neighbouring rooms, the shower curtain had mould but otherwise my room was clean. The building/elevator and hallway was quite dirty and smelled. My hallway (17) smelt like urine at one point. However the room and facilities for me were suitable as at the time finding accomodation was incredibly difficult and I just needed a place to sleep and I was hardly in the room.

It was a good price. The facilities were simple but adequate for my expectations and the price, so overall a good deal for budget accommodation.

Since it's an independently run apartment, there is no on site staff to help resolve any issues. I didn't have any issues, thankfully.

No air condtioning, had to have window open for fresh air but was very noisy from traffic below . When we first arrived the door was locked so I had to go downstairs to ask about it but the staff said we had to contact bookings.com but there was no phone contact number on the email, the building staff were not keen to phone bookings.com but in the end gave us the number to call. Information was not clear about the key fob also needed to get in to the main building. The the room.smelled musty .I was concerned there was only 1 lift for 19 floors and 6 rooms per floor. No tea towels or anything to dry dishes with, rooms not sound proof.

The place smells. I don't know what it is, but it stinks. WiFi keeps kicking me out every few hours and I need to re-login. Walls are thin. It is shared, so expect other people there.

Segunda vez que vuelvo alquilar y nos toco la misma habitacion, super comoda, relacion precio calidad excelente y la ubicacion muy buena.

No estaba muy limpia, encontramos una bolsa de basura de los huespedes anteriores. En general todo muy bien excepto eso.

Relacion precio calidad super bien! Ubicacion muy buena. Muy comodas las camas. Tuvimos un inconveniente con una puerta y en seguida lo resolvieron.

A diferencia de las otras dos veces que reservamos, no estaba muy limpio ni el baño ni la cocina, esta vez nos tocaron otras habitaciones, no tan lindas como las anteriores.
