Quiet location. Clean and plenty of space for family of 4. Great communicative staff. Place for car parking. Beds were great but a bit soft for some. Well organised town house with all the kitchen amenities.

Last minute booking, quick process. Had trouble accessing the key tag from the lock box, contacted the number provided; friendly voice on the other side of the line guided me back to my email and I got the code. It was getting dark and raining so I very much appreciated the hassle free support

Had to clean the back of toaster and where the tea and coffee were. The coffee plunger still had old coffee in it. Also not enough rubbish bags for the kitchen rubbish we had to buy our own. Also the clothes line needed fixing. We have three children so we needed to be able to wash and hang the clothes. It would have been great to have a dryer. Also would be good to mention the stairs and 3 levels. I had my elderly mum come visit and the stairs were not ideal for her.

The price was the only thing I was happy with

It is not an easy place to get to and the roads aren't very wide, parking is on the street if you can find a place close enough to where the room is. The walls are so thin that we were kept awake half the night because the room next to ours were talking half the night and then again before 6am in the morning. The upstairs tea and coffee set up could be better sorted and having a teaspoon to make your coffee with would be a better option than a tablespoon. I think they should swap the bookcases to where the coffee and tea set up is and put that closer to the sink and fridge.
