Comfortable, but my parking isn’t the best so was stressful about the parking

Parking on street can be a little competitive, cars on both side of the street. Alittle challenging to park in the property spot as the angle had to be right to fit 2 vehicles

The beds were very comfortable and the house itself is beautiful and well-equipped.

Other guests leaving their food and dishes covering the sink all night. The house was extremely hot when we checked in with no ventilation (other than the ventilation units which were circulating hot air). The streets were very narrow to drive through and find parking.

Nice enough !

Somewhere to stay during our long trip, nice house! Key locks for our safety I assume. Check in was easy enough as we arrived late. Ensuite made it more comfortable to not bump into anyone else.

Was not aware it was a house!! Or that other people would be in the house too. Not clean, our room looked unvacuumed! shower sealing/bottom of shower door could so with a clean. PARKING was a little bit of a pain!

Fantastic beautifully presented facilities. We had the quadruple room and it was perfect for our family. Room was clean and tidy and well equipped. Communications for check in was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

It was different

It was a different type of accommodation to what me and the family were used too. You go meet at a check in place and then you get given direction to your townhouse. It was a good experience, we quite enjoyed it as we had a house to ourselves. It was clean, it was tidy, it had everything you needed for a couple of night stay. Flatbush seemed a fair way out to travel when driving to the place but the more you drove around going A to B it was actually reasonably central to everything to a point. We'd definitely stay there again, especially for the price for a family of 5

The only thing we didn't like is at night in the main bedroom it is bright from the street lights. But we're used to living at the back house off the street so our rooms are dark. It wasn't a major at all cause everything else was great.

This was a lovely place and had everything we needed for this visit.

Its location , clean and tidy and different to normal motels and hotels.

The heat transfer system made it too hot to sleep and the walls were very thin. Could hear neighbours clearly. With Upstairs room should be advised asap as some with disabilities may not be able to go up then and would need an elevator.

2nd stay here but a different townhouse this time round. Well equipped, mostly new. Friendly cleaning lady. Comfy beds, warm, quiet street.

We like the location, but be aware traffic to/from CBD during peak time can at least double the commuting time. Heating lamps in bathroom need to be replaced, ants this time round.

The house was well equipped with everything you needed for a small/long trip. We are a family of 6 and it catered to all our needs. Loved the new build and there is a bathroom in every room which is so helpful! Enough wardrobe space, very clean and great value for money. Thank you team - we felt that we were on holiday!

great value for money, very modern and clean with access to all the amenities, and reception was very lovely with a quick checkin process. The rooms smelt really nice too.

A dryer would have been awesome, as I dislike going home with dirty laundry, however there was a drying rack.

The house was nice. But feel the advertising of the property was misleading!

We upgraded to a town house which was nice and had all amenities.

I didn’t realise that on booking it would be a shared house. It was also a strange arrangement for paying. The office was in a house in the suburbs which was a little strange.
