Poor quality for the price, okay for one or two nights maybe.

Pretty clean - there was a spoon in the garbage disposal so obviously not very deeply cleaned. reasonable amount of plugs. okay for an overnight place to sleep.

Check in process strange - be very careful, they 'require' extra outside of booking.com's requirements (not sure if that's okay with booking.com but oh well?). Extra deposit taken in separate transaction to payment, unclear when it will be returned. Curtains very very poor - do not block out anywhere near enough light. Location has nothing nearby. Limited space - would be an issue if staying longer than one or two nights. Accomodation offsite to 'office'.

Great stay for family

The flexibility and how easy check in and check out was. The operator was contactable and communication was on point

No Netflix or Chromecast in the room. Limited sky channels but maybe that could be an option in the rooms if needed. Traveled with an autistic boy who loves his Netflix and YouTube on TV so our stay was a little stressed with him not wanting to sleep properly because of it. But that's my fault should have looked for accom that had it

Very nice property, better than hotel, near airport

Lovely clean accommodation not far from Auckland airport. Felt like a safe neighbourhood. Bathroom facilities excellent - bath and seperate shower with shampoo / conditioner / bodywash . Facilities for making our own sandwich dinner were perfectly adequate. Free teas and coffee. Comfy bed. Easy self-check in using key system at the front.

Lovely, clean place in a quiet area

We had a really nice stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The house was beautiful and very clean. I loved the idea of renting a room in a house while still having access to the kitchen and lounge. The area is quiet and convenient, we needed to be close to the airport, so it was a great option. Communication with the host was easy; they were super kind, and check-in was smooth. Would definitely recommend.

The separate unit was just what we needed amidst the busy-ness of the day. Great communication from owners and ease of check-in was good too.

The surprise entering the house and seeing other people there lol; we didnt realise we had to enter the main house to get to the unit. So its shared accommodation but private too. Other occupants in the main house were good as well, though we only got a glimpse of them when we arrived. And the housekeeper lives onsite too in the same house, in the main area, but he was friendly. So a nice big communal space in main house area, very welcoming and suitable if one needs additional space from the unit.

Fantastic stay on New Years!

House was very modern and plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. Heaps of space for a large family and with nearly all bedrooms having their own bathroom was ideal with our big family. Amazing view over Auckland which meant we could see the fireworks on New Years Eve! Perfect location for us, as we needed to be near the airport to drop the family off on Bew Years day.

One minor thing that we noticed was there wasn’t really a big enough lounge with a tv. All tvs were in bedrooms. As we were staying only one night it wasn’t a problem but if it had been longer could have been an issue for relaxing

Did the job, as booked so late, but wouldn’t be my first option

Location

Restricted parking for additional vehicle. These are project style housing very compact and no off street parking if you have a second car. Upstairs bedrooms only and were very hot without A/C had to sleep with noisy fan running all night. Was not very clean, couldn’t use downstairs toilet as it had a pungent smell most likely coming from the toilet brush and the mess surrounding it 🤢. Rugs needed a vacuum and dust collected everywhere. Stayed a week and only one bath towel per person with just a washing machine no dryer, and no laundry detergent. It rained most the time so had to drive to laundromat just to wash & dry our towels ☹️

The beds were very comfortable and the house itself is beautiful and well-equipped.

Other guests leaving their food and dishes covering the sink all night. The house was extremely hot when we checked in with no ventilation (other than the ventilation units which were circulating hot air). The streets were very narrow to drive through and find parking.

Nice enough !

Somewhere to stay during our long trip, nice house! Key locks for our safety I assume. Check in was easy enough as we arrived late. Ensuite made it more comfortable to not bump into anyone else.

Was not aware it was a house!! Or that other people would be in the house too. Not clean, our room looked unvacuumed! shower sealing/bottom of shower door could so with a clean. PARKING was a little bit of a pain!
