Wish it was cleaner Benchs had to be cleaned Wall at the back of oven top very dirty Very dirty at the bottom of rubbish cupboard No tea towels, teaspoons. Frying pan and electric fryer to dangerous to use because Teflon coming off First place we have been to, and we have been to alot,that no bath mats for floor were provided. I realize that these are only small issues but made the difference between a excellant rating and Good.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay very comfy and clean loved that each bedroom had its own shower an toilet even though there are 2 sets of stairs my children loved it

My only downfall would be make sure sugar jar is topped up as we made breakfast but it was empty but in saying so the pak n sav is just a few minutes down the road.

All the amenities - Its literally a whole house with laundry included - All the comforts and practicalities of home but very much on the upper scale of luxury. As always, well exceeded - thank you Flatbush. Staff were awesome, fast and happy to advise and support and beyond accomodating.

I think I just needed to be more thorough with my check in process as it was late and dark and we got confused and stressed trying to enter and than find allocated parking. As much as I like the suburb, I became overwelmed ecspecially with young ones and being predominantly rural. But once we realised, it was so much more convenient.

The price was the only thing I was happy with

It is not an easy place to get to and the roads aren't very wide, parking is on the street if you can find a place close enough to where the room is. The walls are so thin that we were kept awake half the night because the room next to ours were talking half the night and then again before 6am in the morning. The upstairs tea and coffee set up could be better sorted and having a teaspoon to make your coffee with would be a better option than a tablespoon. I think they should swap the bookcases to where the coffee and tea set up is and put that closer to the sink and fridge.
