Die Unterkunft wurde 2025 von Grund auf renoviert und wird vom sehr engagierten Sohn des Familienunternehmens in zweiter Generation geführt. Er bietet neben einem hervorragenden Frühstück auch jeden Tag von 17:00-22:00 Uhr eine hervorragenden Abendtisch in der hauseigenen Pizzeria an.

Die Lage der Apartments in einer ruhigen Wohngegend Brixens hat uns gut gefallen. Mit dem Fahrrad waren es 5 Minuten ins Zentrum. Der Check-In per Code hat problemlos funktioniert. Das Apartment im Erdgeschoß war geräumig, hatte eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Alles war sehr sauber, auch im Bad.
Das einfache, aber gute Frühstück wurde in einer Box ans Zimmer geliefert.
Ein abschließbarer Fahrradraum war leider nur über eine Treppe in den Keller erreichbar.
