Very nice stay in the city centre

We got a huge room , that was heat enough . And the staff was very polite, the check in took 5 min and we were inform about everything in an easy way. The breakfast was exceptional, and they also have a spa zone which is must visit because of the view.

Maybe the only one remark is that it is better to have a double duvet for a family, then a one-place.

Nice hotel in the middle of town.

The hotel is in the middle of town and the main tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. The room was very large and clean. As the windows opened to the street, it was initially a bit noisy but it quieted down quickly. I would definitely come back.

Pleasant stay.

Friendly, great location, clean and comfortable. Front desk was helpful and recommended an excellent restaurant for lunch. I also greatly appreciated the local transportation pass they gave us on check in.

Too expensive for what you get, bath is old fashioned, room is boring and old fashioned, renovation is needed, balcony was too small and too close to the neighbors, no privacy, breakfast standard without any extras

Amazing hotel, room was gigantic and staff were very pleasant and helpful.

This is an awesome hotel, and the room was exceptionally large by European standards. Fantastic location, literally right downtown and an easy walk to restaurants and sights. Even though the hotel was very busy, our room was quiet and had an amazing balcony with a view of the surrounding mountains. Would stay here again if ever in the Bressanone area.

For the first time I meet a 4 star hotel without bathroom accessories. Shampoo, disposable soap are not available. Also, you need to ask for slippers to be put in the room. These moments I was surprised and upset

The double bed is two separate beds...and they pull apart...very uncomfortable. There were no slippers, bathrobe in the room.

Krone was a very nice place to stay at the start of our walking holiday

Great place near city centre. Quite luxurious! Staff were very helpful. Instructions on how to find the hotel arrived the day before which was useful.

Price was a little on the high side as we were having a walking holiday but facilities and rooms were excellent

Beautiful hotel, clean and comfy. Except when there ist the Altstadtfest in the city 😄

Unfortunately there was a party in the city so we had to park the car far away from the hotel and very expensive and had to walk the whole way with our luggage. It was very noisy the night and i would have liked to get that information when before standing in front of a big party crowd.

Very good pizza and half board. Clean. Good location.

We didn't sleep well the whole stay. We had a fire staircase at the head and people were going up there from 7am. Room outdated. We were there over New Year's Eve and the night cost 250€. Breakfast was average.
