Not worth the money.

The location is great.

The bed, the pillows, breakfast was scarce and not fresh. The room was not clean. Very small with no amenities (e.g. kettle for a tea) and very noisy so it was like not having any privacy.

Good location, clean & modern hotel in a beautiful well organised and beautiful town.

Great service. Especially the help in getting the Brixen card which gave us free local travel and free return ride using th the Plosen Gondola. Breakfast was great.

Room not to any reasonable standard. It’s merely an area delimited by plywood (fire hazard). No where to sit, very small windows at feet level, no tv, you can only stand in a 1/3rd of the total space, mattress totally uncomfortable, heavily overpriced, unfair or even worse unrealistic representation on booking.

Horrible room that is anything but 'charming'

We requested two separate beds for our (adult) children and the staff was friendly enough to help us with a change to one of the rooms in a different building. Breakfast was fine.

The room in the main building was a disgrace. Blazing hot (no airco and only two small windows at feet level that open to the restaurant's terrace so with plenty of noise until late at night and this while average temperature in Brixen is 27 degrees), very small living space (unless you want to crawl under the attic where the bed is), very very basic sink and shower, and two thin mattresses up in the attic that will kill any back, young or old. Some people may call this 'charming', we just felt cheated for the price you pay.

Loved it

The apartment was huge, easy to access the quaint town and other amenities. Checkin was smooth. Easy to leave luggage. Easy to arrange early breakfast to go for an early start to hiking.

Unbearably hot room like a sauna

The breakfast was amazing in a beautiful courtyard. Staff in the morning were helpful. The loft style space was cool and the shower in the room was great.

I arrived at 18:30 and there was nobody there to check me in, the restaurant staff tried to help but they could not help me with my room (Room 5). The room was 30°c and with no Air Conditioning. To make it worse, the Velux windows are remote control and will not open if there is rain. However even when it stopped raining I still couldn’t open the windows. The temperature made it impossible to sleep.

Unique stay in Bressanone.

Okay, this stay was unique, rustic and quirky. Our room had one chair and a loft bed. Maybe not ideal for a 70 year old couple but we managed. Most of these rooms are on the second level with no lift. There is a nice restaurant on the lower level where breakfast is also served. You can get a welcome drink on arrival. Perfect location. Parking in a public ramp for a discounted fee purchased at hotel.

Fun and unique experience

I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect when I booked this accommodation but I decided to give it a try since we were only staying in Brixen for one night. Overall it was a fun and pleasant surprise. Everything you need could be found in the room and the design was so stylish and non traditional. It was definitely a change from your typical hotel room. In addition, the beds were very comfortable and there were nice little touches like water, fresh fruit, and a welcome drink. We took advantage of the complementary Brixen cards to enjoy the huge Aquarena swimming complex right nearby and also to ride the Plose gondola. Finally, the breakfast was absolutely delicious; they offered lots of choices to suit any taste. It was a perfect way to fuel up before starting the AV2.

We go to bed early and our room was noisy until about 11pm as it was just above the bar. My son’s room was much quieter as it was on the other side of the building. I would also say that if you are looking for a traditional hotel you may not enjoy the property as much as we did. Think “tiny home”or “loft”.
