Train station and bus stop are right in front of the hotel, they also provide Brixen Card to travel around South Tyrol. Staff was very helpful and Italians breakfast provided.
Don’t have electric kettle

Close to the train station, the elegance of the historic room.
There was nothing that I didn’t like.

I want to thank the staff for their kindness and openness. They prepared a wonderful breakfast to go for us and let us check in earlier
I liked everything, but as a suggestion, add slippers to the room and a kettle for heating water

Perfect location, next to the train station and bus station. Easy to travel around to Alpe di Siusi and Seceda via bus. Brixen is a walkable city. Very pretty.

Friendly staffs at frontdesk, location near train station & very responsive communication through email and chat.
The hotel room floor on upstair squeak when someone walked passby. It's wooden floor and aging. The room is quite small.

Proximity to train station (100m?) an absolute plus, especially when arriving late in the evening as we did.
Also very close to the lovely old center of town which begs to be explored even when staying just one night.
Excellent breakfast, in style with the old fashioned elegance of the place.

Excellent location right by the bus and train, comfy beds, very clean, helpful staff, nice breakfast and good views from the window
Gardens need a bit more care and seating. Bar could stay open longer

This hotel is very cute. We love this place. The staff was extremely nice. She shared information to us and also gave us a free pass to travel around in the city. We got help instantly.
The elevator was slow. It's a long wait for us since we have many luggages. The breakfast has few options, and small.

Good location, about 5-10 minutes from center. Room was basic but ok. Good breakfast.
The shower was a bit old and wobbly.

Couldn't be more easily located right next to bus and train station. Warm welcome and the gift of a free "Brixen Card", giving free access to the town's museums, buses and even long-distance buses to other nearby cities, was incredibly good value. Generous and healthy buffet breakfast.
Slightly old rooms with small bathrooms but nothing too concerning.

Hotel is well kept, run by 4th generation of the family. Location is most convenient for us as we used the train and bus connections throughout our stay. Bus stand is literally at the doorstep.

Sooo near to the train station and bus station. Hotel and rooms were very clean and beautiful. Staff were good

simple and practical, but with just enough personality- some real art perhaps by local artists on the walls, a shy cat at reception, very friendly, relaxed, and accommodating staff.
just a couple of small oversights- no nose-blowing tissue (Kleenex) in the room, no glasses for juice at breakfast. but small complaints- probably just oversights on that day. a little dark in the hallways.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Really great shampoo and body wash 🙂. It's right by the train station, but couldn't hear the outside noise (except for the one train that passed at around 10pm) at all, which I thought was really great.
Unfortunately the bed was not as comfortable as I'd hoped and the carpets caused a bit of an allergy flare up.

The location right opposite of the train station and 15 minutes by foot to the historic city center is perfect. The historic building looks very cosy, and the furnishings are nice; I loved having a proper desk and good space for my bags in my single room. I also appreciated the fruit selection at breakfast (and that all fruit had been cut info small pieces useable for Müsli).
Internet was very slow, and the WiFi signal very weak in my room. The breakfast buffet lacked healthy wholegrain options especially for the bread. The large parking lot behind the building (away from the train station) is very convenient but it would be useful to describe its location in the object description - while one passes the clearly marked entrance when arriving from one side, anyone approaching the hotel from the road along the train tracks (coming from Brennero) has no clue where to park!

Vera at the front desk was very knowledgeable about the region and gave us excellent suggestions for day trip destinations.
Serving staff in the breakfast area were generally not helpful.

Directly adjacent to railway station and bus stops.
Older property (originally the Brenner railway hotel) with much character and tall rooms.
Reception very helpful, nice breakfast.
Town is a lovely small alpine village with a fine medieval centre.
Great family atmosphere.
Potentially rather noisy (upstairs/downstairs, echoey corridors).
No railway noise, despite a lot of work going on there.
