Pleasant mini-apartment in the historic center

- Great location in the heart of the historic center - Good size for 2 people - Small terrace with mountain view - Nearby parking included in price - Lift (except for a short set of stairs at the entrance) - Small but functional kitchenette with coffee maker and pods

- Heating turned off/on at odd times (portable heater was provided though) - WiFi very slow - Hot water took a long tine to get to temperature

Nice place and great staff.

It was not a modern or new hotel but it was well maintained. I really liked that they gave us welcome and Christmas presents and also free bus passes during our stay in Brixen. The location is very nice as well just across is the bus stop and near the Christmas market and other shops.

It was a bit cold when we arrived so used an electric heater that worked ok but not ideal to have around small children.

Good location but lacking in other aspects.

Good location in the middle of town. Everything you need just outside the door. Decent value in the area.

Mainly the problem was lack of basic necessities like hot water. Had to run the faucets on full for 10-15 minutes every time we wanted hot water and then we had 5 minutes of decent warmth. This was the ordeal every time someone had to shower which hade the 3 night stay a challenge.

Superb

The hotel is right in the city center -it’s perfect for a night’s walk or an early morning photo explorations, but it can get a bit noisy in the morning with delivery trucks passing by. The check-in was fast and easy, the parking is available a bit further away but in the walking distance. We had a complimentary passes for public swimming pool and transportation . The Brixen is a very pleasant city, great food, restaurants and friendly people.

Comfortable, well-located property in the historic center

- Perfect location in the heart of the historic center - Restaurants, bars, shopping very nearby - Clean, comfortable, large room - Lift (except for a half-flight of stairs at the entrance) - Moritz was an excellent host, provided lots of information about local sights and ski areas - Free parking in a nearby lot

- Hard to darken the room completely, not all windows had solid shades - Front desk is not staffed regularly, though host is generally available by phone

Great stay in the heart of Brixen.

Beautiful location in the city centre. The owner was very helpful, much more so than the info center in Brixen. The Brixen card was great as well, we visited a couple of nice museums thanks to it. There are lots of shops with local production.

It's a pity that the construction works are still going, but fortunately they started at 7 by which time we were already up. :) More details regarding the arrival by car up front (hotel is in a pedestrian restricted zone) would be appreciated and navigation refuses to go there. For some reason it seems that no city in Südtirol recycles plastics, at least the PET bottles would be cool.

Struttura ampia e pulita. In centro, perfetta per visitare mercatini(sotto Natale) oppure il paese, 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, vicino alla fermata bus per impianti Plose.(Mezzi pubblici compresi nel soggiorno) Personale gentilissimo e disponibile a fornire informazioni. Consigliatissima

Posizione centralissima, comoda con parcheggio dedicato a 5min. Pulizia, macchinetta del caffè e bollitore in camera.

Struttura un po’ datata è un po’ freddina la notte ma c’è un termosifone elettrico in caso di freddo.

Lokacija je u samom centru Brixena u pješačkoj zoni,lako za obići čitav grad.Gospodjica Petra nas je dočekala po dogovoru u Hotelu i sve objasnila u vezi besplatnog parkinga zatim predala ključeve i karticu za parking.Apartman je besprijekorno čist ,posteljina i peskiri takodjer …. svaka preporuka !

Ausgesprochen nettes und hilfsbereites Personal und tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Die Küche ist recht klein, aber komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt.

WUnderbar gelegen, gemütlich, alles was man braucht und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Das Personal ist sehr sympathisch, kompetent, immer errichbar und unterstützend. Die Lage ist aussergewöhlich. In der Fussgängerzone und doch ruhig. Jedenfalls wenn man den Bergblick hat. Betten sind super bequem.

Das wasser in der Dusche dauerte sehr lange bis es warm wurde, aber ich denke das war ein vorübergehendes Problem.
