A last minute hotel success!

Excellent breakfast. We booked in at the very last minute as our hotel had an electrical problem - the staff very accommodating!

A deception (except the breakfast)

Clearly the location of the hotel is the biggest advantage, within walking distance to the city center, in a very still neighbourhood. There is a decent, private parking lot, which is included in the price of the booking (unlike at the Gruner Baum hotel, which is kind of the HQ). Another nice point is the buffet breakfast, with a lot of choice (provided you don't show up too late - it seems most of the customers have breakfast very early, typically before 8:30).

There are a bunch of things that need improvement, I quite don't understand the 4-star rating of this property. Maybe it piggybacks on some of the perks of the Gruner Baum Hotel (HQ of this property - like the swimming pools and sauna). The bedding was one of the worst I have experienced for a long time in a hotel. The mattress is hard as rock and you get only a single pillow, almost as thin as a cigarette paper. No other pillow was to be found in any of the closets. The room was also extremely hot, and it does not feature any AC (which is a good point for the planet of course, a bit less for my sleep) or even a fan. I could barely rest appropriately. Cleanliness can also improve. The glass for tooth brushing had stains in it, again, something you would not expect in a 4-star property. One tea spoon at breakfast had also stains on it. In all honesty, the rates, despite including the parking and the buffet breakfast, are overly expensive with respect to the offered level of service. Will I go back to Bressanone? Most likely. Would I go back to Residence Gasser? Most likely not!

Generally pleasant room , and proper breakfast . Convenient parking, excellent location.

Staff at reception not particularly welcoming on check-in. For the check-out it was necessary to go to a different hotel a few hundred meters away - where staff were friendly however. Expensive given the facilities.

Top customer service in a beautiful location.

The staff at the main building reception was extremely friendly, helpful and nice. The room was very very clean and large. There was plenty of space for parking too. We could use the pool and it was very relaxing.

We got the room in Grüner Baum, which is the main building. Very good location. Delicious breakfast. Nice swimming pools.

The hotel is a bit old and the room amenities are not new so e.g. the hair dryer hardly dries the hair, the couch in a room was a broken. For this price I would expect a better room standard.

Quello Di Brixen è il mercato natalizio più ricco. Splendida anche come meta religiosa.

Davvero una risorsa questa struttura in pieno centro con una colazione incredibilmentericca( I dolci fantastici)! E poi frutta, ricotta, formaggi… Fermata del citybus proprio davanti alla struttura principale

L’esistenza di una doppia struttura con una rampa di scala proprio all’ingresso, scomoda x le valigie.

Wie immer eine gute Wahl!

Wir waren zum vierten Mal im Grünen Baum und haben uns wie jedes Mal sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist sensationell, die Mitarbeiter*innnen sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Tophaus für den Besuch von Brixen und Umgebung.

Die zentrale ruhige Lage sogar inkl. Parkplatz ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Aber auch die Südtirolkarte, mit der man während des Aufenthalts kostenlos mit Bus und Bahn/Bergbahn fahren und in viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gehen kann, ist ein absolutes Plus.

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Brixen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich hatte ein großes gemützliches Einzelzimmer und ein großes Bad mit einem Fenster. Obwohl das Hotel gut belegt war, war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorrgend. Ich habe mich im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt und würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat oder was ich vermisst hätte.

Perfekte Lage ! 30 bis 50 m ,Luftlinie zur Altstadt! Einmal da, kein Auto zum Zentrum. Direkt an der Altstadt mit Restaurant Innenpool der in einem Außenpool übergeht. Beheizt. Sole - Whirlpool beheizt. Kleines feines Hallenbad. Sauna und Beauty zum Relaxen Innerhalb als auch in der grünen Liegewiese samt Liegestuhl im Außenbereich. Kostenloses Mineral Wasser aus dem Zapfhahn mit Trinkbecher im Wellness Bereich. Inkl. Bademäntel und Badetücher. Die Zimmer sauber und dem Standart entsprechend.l Freundliches Personal da und dort. Frühstück passt, stell keine Ansprüche!

Super consigliato

Tutto perfetto. L'hotel è una dependance della struttura principale situata a circa 200 metri l'una dall'altra . Abbiamo scelto di fare la mezza pensione, scelta che rifarei senza dubbio. La colazione ottima, la cena altrettanto; super ricche entrambe e con prodotti di qualità. La cena con antipasti e dolci a Buffet e poi primo e secondo a scelta. Tutto davvero buono. Anche la Brixen card che ci hanno fornito è stata utile per mezzi gratuiti tra cui anche alcune funivie e anche i musei nelle vicinanze di Bressanone.

Forse la spa e le piscine che essendo nella struttura principale e non in quella dove alloggiavamo noi era un pó scomoda. Ma quello ne eravamo già a conoscenza leggendo le altre recensioni.

Das Hotel Gasser liegt nur knapp außerhalb der Altstadt, am anderen Ufer der Eisack nahe der Adlerbrücke. Mein Zimmer war sauber und hatte ein schönes, teilrenoviertes Bad. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
