Staff is very patient and fast to reply my question.The building is very beautiful with an ancient palace outlook.and room and towels is very clean.I am really loving the wood flavour of shampoo provided by this hotel.

The central air conditioning seems not work，so the room is so hot that I can only open the window for feeling cool. Soundproofing is a bit poor，so I can hear someone showering clearly.

Amazing except for no eating or drinking in your room rule

The location is amazing as well as the building and the room. The man on reception was very nice and friendly. They have a coffee machine downstairs but apparently you can’t eat anything anywhere but the dining room that opens late

The rule of not eating in the room needs to be brought upon making a reservation. It is not comfortable to not be able to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee or have some snack in the room.

Excellent location (15 minutes from the train/bus, and one minute from the heart of the city), in a beautiful renovated building, big room, common kitchen and fridge facilities, it was very clean, and warm.

Wifi had issues speed and connectivity.

Was a great stay for the low price, compared to everything else in town. Great location and amazing views.

Location was amazing, right in the centre of town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I requested a room with a view and they did not disappoint. It was beautiful. The staff were wonderful and it was cool to see the rest of this historical building and what it’s used for.

The included breakfast was not great and I wish it stayed open a little later than 9am. Rooms weren’t the cleanest ever and my shower was leaking, but all the good made up for it.

Essenziale e pulitissimo

Difficoltà nel trovare la cassetta per le chiavi. Il cartello sul portone è piccolo e in alto. Una persona anziana non lo trova subito. Il palazzo è storico quindi sicuramente non è possibile apportare molte modifiche a quel piccolo cartello ma lo metterei sotto al citofono.

A ne pas manquer si l'on veut dormir à Brixen

Un cadre calme et reposant, parfait pour rentrer de longues visites, randonnées ou autres dans le Süd Tirol, ou pour revenir d'harassantes journées à Anthol-Anterselva... ;) On est à deux pas du cloître, du Duomo et du joli petit centre-bourg de Brixen, le séminaire est vraiment un très bon port d'attache pour les soirées en ville. Le personnel est chaleureux et bienveillant, très prévenant à ce que vous passiez un excellent séjour. Le petit-déjeuner est efficace et assez tôt pour les départs bien matinaux. Je reviendrai très certainement, si l'occasion se fait de repasser pour la vallée de Brixen !

È situato in un'ottima posizione per visitare i mercatini di natale, proprio dietro il Duomo! I letti erano comodi e non abbiamo avuto disturbi durante la notte

Camera basic con due letti singoli, un po' fredda e pulizia sicuramente da migliorare. In bagno non c'era il phon, abbiamo dovuto richiederlo entrando nella mensa perché non abbiamo trovato nessuno dello staff alla reception. Struttura in sé abbastanza dispersiva e prezzo decisamente troppo alto per il servizio offerto, nonostante capisca il periodo.

Gerne Wieder!

Ich war nur zwei Nächte zu Gast, aber habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht, war vorhanden. Besonders positiv fand ich die freundliche Begrüßung und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation – alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet und qualitativ sehr gut. Auch die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder!

Das Priesterseminar liegt zentral in Brixen. Die Räume waren ausgesprochen sauber, die Einrichtung wie auf den Fotos einfach und schlicht, aber absolut ausreichend. Und es war sehr ruhig. :-)

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Innenstadtnähe, Frühstück und Location haben überzeugt.

Super nah an Innenstadt gelegen, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Schickes Zimmer, modernes Bad. Vollwertiges Frühstück, nettes Personal. Blick in den Innenhof ist traumhaft, macht die Übernachtung zu etwas besonderem.

Uns war nicht so klar, wo wir das Auto abstellen konnten, dass es nicht falsch steht.

Bressanone, da scoprire ... in una giornata e serata quiete, senza sagre, feste o mercatini

La posizione è straordinaria, appena dietro la cattedrale, a due passi da tutte le attrazioni di Bressanone. La stessa location è fantastica, un palazzo d'epoca perfettamente restaurato che ospita (a quanto ho capito) un seminario in un'ala dell'edificio non destinata alla ricettività. Questo spiega anche l'essenzialità delle camere che non sono certo di design o calorosamente accoglienti ma poco importa. Pulito, comodo, bello, strategico, relativamente economico.

A colazione non c'era molta scelta, non c'erano - ad esempio - biscotti o croissant e non era possibile avere caffè espresso (anche dalla macchinetta, per dire).

Verhältnismäßig großes Zimmer, alles sauberst geputzt, historisches Gebäude ist sehr schön.

Am Abend war Lärm in der Nachbarschaft und die Matratze war nicht so ganz toll.

Für den Kurzaufenthalt in Brixen war es wunderschön.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet egal in welcher Zeit man kam. Es wurde immer wieder nachgelegt. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut und ruhig. Das Hotel war sehr zentral gelegen. Gute Parkplatzsituation.

Die Lage im Zentrum der Stadt ist hervorragend. Die Ruhe im Haus war besonders angenehm. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum bemüht sich sehr.

Der/die Raumpfleger*Innen haben vergessen meinen Baderaum fertig zumachen (keine Handtücher, offenes Fenster).
