A wonderful place to stay

Hotel Traube was beyond incredible!! From the very beginning we had an excellent stay. We pulled our car into the small gate and went to reception to see where to park. The receptionist was incredible and sat with us to go over everything they offer which was a LOT. We booked this hotel as a basepoint but we ended up hanging out there a lot because it was so nice.
At check in we were given Brixen passes for free which included free public transit, free ski lift, free museums, pool etc. We also got a pass for a secure parking lot very close by. We were also told some history about the town.
Our room was on the 3rd flort, #13. It was incredibly cute and charming. The bed was comfortable and the views amazing. Good storage space. Only negative for the room was the small shower.
The grounds were great and had a whirlpool and lots of seating, even a macaw. The location was all walking distance to the amazing downtown. We took the bus to the ski lift with instructions given to us and it was also awesome.
Breakfast was also great!
Overall fantastic stay, highly recommend!

Very friendly staff that make you feel at home. Near to the old town and can have free access to many tourist spots nearby. Tasty breakfast.
