Lovely modernized perfectly situated hotel with a fabulous spa.

Everything about this hotel appears new and polished with modern clean lines in a beautifully restored building. The rooftop pool and spa were lovely respites at the end of a day's touring. The breakfast choices were abundant, including the option for a cooked breakfast. All the staff were service oriented and pleasant.

The clothing storage was well thought out, but there were minor issues with functionality in general. The little table in the sitting area was only large enough for two cups of tea. There was no desk or table on which to write or spread out maps, etc. The bedside table was taken up almost entirely by a lamp. Half of the room - the entry, sitting area and one side of the bed were well lit. The far side of the room had no lighting except for a small bedside reading light, and the darkness took away from the overall ambiance of the space. For the money, I expected a view better than the scaffolding directly outside our window with a rotting wheel of cheese caught on an overhang.

A gem of a hotel - I will stay here every time I visit in future.

This is a beautiful hotel, with a superb breakfast, very comfortable rooms and helpful, friendly staff. The hotel restaurant (Finsterwert/Oste Scuro) is also excellent - I highly recommend eating there if you can.

Stop looking for hotels in or around Brixen/Bressanone. This is the one you want!

Where to begin!!!! This is everything that you look for in a high-class hotel for middle class prices. I think that the computerservers of Booking.com will start smoking after processing this review. Location: 10, Staff: 10 Facilities: 10. Everything I forgot: 10. The smallest details in just..... everything! That personal touch you're looking for or maybe not, they know how to handle their guests. I'm a critical guy when it comes to hotels and have seen many. But this one really surprised us. Stop looking for a hotel in or near Brixen/Bressanone, this is all you need! Swimmingpool on the rooftop is not olympic size, but who cares when you need some sun and some splash. The sauna and steamroom makes this Spa-triple of Swim-, Sauna-, Steam complete. Okay, now their breakfast; perfect area with everything you need in a good-start-off-the-day. Not your average... nope! Fresh juices, Fresh fruit, 5 ways to get your egg (from omelette to Benedict and others). Even grilled vegetables! And the staff knows their way around and are just as professional as the rest of the hotel! Ps, did I mention the concierge yet? When you arrive at the location and probably have been driving for quiet a while, he welcomes you and knows how to treat the guests (as I believe for more than 20 years... at that point you know you love your job!) He takes car of your luggage and even park your car if you prefer. Oh men, I really love this place and 'no' I don't get any coupons or vouchers because of my booksize-review. Everybody that has been here knows exactly what I'm talking about. They don't get a 9+ status because they ask for it, right?

Our room was in the attic area of the hotel which has no air-conditioning. It was a very hot night and our room had only one tiny window. As a consequence the room was too hot at night which made sleeping difficult.

Charming holel, Best location,, Excellent choise in vevery sence!

This beautiful hotel is located in the heart of the old city of Bressanone, perfect location for vacation in the city. We stayed in a spacious room in the 1st. floor, with a tiny balcony. The bed was very comfortable and in general we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Breakfast is super, fresh eggs, selection of cheeses, bread, cakes, vegetables, fruits, cakes and so much more staff is kind and welcoming. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Ms. Marika gave us some "Gold advises" reg. travel outside the city, restaurants recommendations etc.. the hotel provided us with a free train/busses ticket, so it was very helpful too. !Grazie dolce Bressanone and Goldner Adler! You were very kind, welcoming and good to us! Pnina & Jessica 😊

There is no aircondition in the room. Luckily the weather was quite ok, but as per our request, we've received a Fan so it was perfectly fine.
