From the first welcoming impression at the reception to the departure our stay was pure pleasure. The room was designed with a thought and the views were wonderful - from the room itself but also from a roof terrace surrounded by the vineyard. Just go and find this hidden gem with its lovely hosts, food and wine - we certainly will again!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The accommodation was beautiful, with stunning views of the city and the vineyards. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic – fresh, delicious, and a perfect start to each day. But what made our stay truly special was the amazing staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We felt completely at home and can’t wait to come back!

Amazing stay with delicious food and wines

The staff was very nice, the rooms are very clean and beautiful decorated. You have to try their dinner menu, so many different dishes and above delicious. The breakfast was also very tasty, from regional producers or from own garden. We ve loved it and will for sure come back!

Very comfortable, large room, large balcony, comfortable bed, cozy design, easy to park car, amenities are good.

Bathroom has no door, mirrors are sliding (connecting bathroom & room), limited choices for breakfast (served on the table), wifi is not covering balcony.

Haller suites is well worth staying out of the way and driving to ski!

Haller Suites is absolute perfection. The view from the bedroom and bathroom was unbelievable! Such an extra treat to stay over New Years, dine at the AO restaurant, and get to see the fireworks from our room and the upstairs terrace. The town was cute, especially during the Christmas market. Thank you for a wonderful stay that we will remember forever! Brixen isn't right on the mountain like the town we were previously in (Ortisei), but the value and level of service we received at Haller Suites far exceeded what we got in Ortisei. The bathtub alone was worth staying out of the way a little and making the drive to the slopes.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay

We truly loved everything about our stay at Haller. the room was beautiful and the balcony gave way to an even more beautiful Mountain view. The staff was so nice and went above and beyond for us, they even made and packed us a breakfast sack for our early morning hike. Truly a great stay.

Breakfast was huge and the dinners were exceptional. I liked the general laid back approach the hotel took with times (breakfast was until 11am) and dinners were never rushed. The hotel. The hotel also gave a free ticket for the bus and could offer all types of information on the general area.

Jewel in Brixen

We had a wonderful stay in Haller Hotel. It started with the reception which was very cordial. Immediately we were offered a refreshment. The check in by Teresa was quick and easy. The suite is very well designed with eye for the details. The view over Brixen is stunning. As well from the terrace as from the bed when waking up. The service is impeccable. All the staff members are friendly and courteous. Teresa and Michaela are wonderful people who know how to make your stay unforgettable. The breakfast is good and sumptuous. Twice we had luncheon on the terrace, especially made for us. The best wines are being served. The hotel is highly recommendable.

Beautiful hotel and exceptional service

The hotel is very stylish and the rooms have really beautiful views. They produce their own delicious wines and have a really great restaurant. The facility is located on the hill, but it’s very close to the city center of Bressanone. Dolomites are only 20 minutes driving away.

Suite mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Das Zimmer und das Hotel herausragend schön. Alles sehr sauber. Ein zusätzliches Tagesbett mit Blick über Brixen. Die Aussicht auf Brixen ist unglaublich schön.

Das Abendessen in der Form von Fine Dining war nichts für uns. Es gab kein vegetarisches Gericht auf der Karte. Der Koch hat improvisiert. Die Karte ist insgesamt zu klein. Das haben wir dann nur 1x gemacht. Der Service ist unheimlich freundlich, aber fachlich nicht perfekt geschult. Passt nicht zum Konzept. Uns war nach langen Wanderungen sowieso eher nach etwas Bodenständigen. Haben dann eher im Ort gegessen. Das Hotel liegt auf dem Berg. Zum Essen gehen ist daher anstrengend oder man muss mit dem Auto fahren. Als offener Wein nur ein Müller-Thurgau. War geschmacklich nicht mein Fall. Als Einzelperson muss man, will man etwas anderes, eine Flasche bestellen. Das geht gar nicht. Die Sauna war leider auch defekt.

Das geht deutlich besser ohne den Gast zu beschuldigen

Nichts am Ende des Trips

Kurz die allgemeinen Punkte: Die Anfahrt ist für Kleinwagen eher haarig bei knapp 20% Steigung. Wenn einem irgendwer entgegen kommt, kann es sein, dass man rückwärts die schmale und kurvenreiche Straße runter muss. In der Willkommensnachricht schreibt man, dass man (das Hotelpersonal) sich um das Gepäck kümmert und man es vor dem Checkin einfach in Auto lassen kann. Letztendlich macht man doch alles allein. Der Bus fährt nur bis 19 Uhr und am Sonntag gar nicht, was bedeutet, dass man entweder jedes Mal die Bergstraße hat oder teure Taxen buchen muss, um nach einem Abend in der Stadt wieder ins Hotel zu kommen. Nun zu unserem Aufenthalt: Die Zimmer sind recht groß und an sich schön, aber in unserem lagen mehrere tote Insekten und eine Klappe in der Decke, die mit Tesa notdürftig festgeklebt wurde, ging ein wenig auf. Unsere Matratzen waren abschüssig, sodass man sich fühlte als würde man zum Kopf hin absacken. Ich vermute, dass die Matratzen einseitig durchgelegen sind. Wir haben dann "verkehrt herum" im Bett gelegen, was besser aber auch nicht wirklich gut war. In unserem war nur ein Sessel auf dem man nur alleine sitzen kann. Da wir zu zweit waren, haben wir diesen nicht nutzen können. Die Terrassenbodenplatten seien schwimmend gebaut, wurde mir gesagt, als ich auf zwei wackelnden Platten hinwies. Jedoch waren das die einzigen beiden Platten die wackelten. Das Bad ist groß, aber man hat sich an der, meiner Meinung nach, Unsitte einiger Hotels orientiert, und die Badezimmertür vergessen. Der Spiegel kann geteilt zur Seite geschoben werden und man hat auch da ein Loch, sodass man übers Bett zur Terrasse schauen kann. Das Schließen dieses Lochs ist eher laut, da die Schienen wohl nicht leiser gestaltet werden konnten und es keine "Soft Close" Automatik gibt soweit ich das sehen konnte.

Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage,

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet mit wirklich tollem Bad und guter Heizung bei kühlem Wetter. Das Frühstück wurde am Tisch serviert (Kein Buffet) und es war von allem etwas dabei. Sehr schneller Tischservice, alles hat sehr frisch geschmeckt. Das Personal war durchgehend super freundlich und das Zimmer supersauber. Wir hatten das Eckzimmer in der zweiten Etage gebucht.

Also wenn man auf hohem Niveau jammern will bzw. nur konstruktive Kritik was hätte besser gemacht werden können, dann diese Punkte: Aus den Betten rutscht man seitlich ab wenn man zu weit am Rand liegt. Vermutlich weil Boxspring mit sehr weichem Unterbau. Keine Klimaanlage ( An 2 Tagen war es sehr warm im Zimmer). Eine kostenlose Flasche Wasser für den Zimmerpreis, und/ oder ein Begrüßungsgetränk hätte ich mir gewünscht. Die Fussmatte auf dem Balkon sollte besser innen liegen, die saugt sich bei Regen voll mit Wasser und das Wasser "trägt" man dann herein. Einige Balkonplatten sind von Rost befallen ?! Etwas unschön. Der Nachbarshund sorgte für teilweise schlaflose Nächte. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen geht nicht. Lt. den Abbildungen in Booking hätten wir eigentlich das Zimmer im 3. Stock mit der besseren Aussicht erwartet, Schade. Auffahrt auf den Parkplatz und Zufahrt zum Hotel sehr eng.

Simplemente Maravilloso

Cenamos una noche en el restaurante, y no qudamos la segunda porque ya teniamos una reserva! Probablemente el mejor tarar que hemos comido. Espectacular. Como recomendación adicional, no dudaría en recomendar pedir el vino de la casa, realmente excelente. Y en cuanto a personal del lugar, no pudieron ser mas atentos, nos quedamos muy muy contentos. Realemente tuvimos una estancia maravillosa, y nos quedamos con ganas de poder pasar más días.
