Well situated for Nottingham Forest fan.

Location was excellent for The City Ground and Trent Bridge.

A bit noisy. Our studio was at the front of the property closed to a very busy road and pedestrian walkway. It was just inside the front door with all other residents passing our door. Noise from doors closing and sound transfer from wooden floor timbers. A little compact but is as described on website. Could benefit from a small TV and maybe a toaster, but I do understand the complications with those also.

Terrible - feeling completely misled by the listing on Booking.com

Convenient location for the event we attended.

This accommodation was nothing like the photographs on Booking.com. We effectively lived in little more than a cupboard. The bathroom was so tiny that I could barely sit on the toilet without banging my knees on the wash basin. There was no facility to hang up clothes (only shelves). There was one hand towel and one bath towel for the two of us to share. There was no bath or dining area as stated in description. I defy anyone to cook a meal in the “kitchenette” (barely space to make a cup of tea) and then the only place to eat was sitting on the bed. The Wi-Fi was so feeble that we could not connect to it so effectively there was no Wi-Fi. One of the kitchen drawers could not be fully opened because it banged into the steps coming into the apartment. The ceiling was so low that I banged my head at least three times just trying to get changed for the night out we had come for. There was no ability for two of us to sit down, in fact neither of us could sit down because the chair was underneath the low ceiling as no space for it anywhere else, and so was only useful to put coats on. Whilst they say parking is available in nearby streets this is very difficult because of very little space available. Considering the price being charged, the accommodation was wholly unacceptable. If we had had time before the event we had come up for we would have checked out straight away and looked for alternative accommodation.

Parking is a nightmare although no fault of the owner or property. A guest travelling alone could risk a parking ticket when unloading. I was able to drop my friend off at pick up my friend at property. I always mark relative to the price hence 8 out of 10.

Close to where I wanted to be

No toilet roll, no coffee, V hard bed, cheap nasty bedding, bathroom not very clean. Was too late to alert host to issues of missing items at 11pm, but they shouldn't have been missing at all

Overall it was a lovely stay and we would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Nottingham.

The location was good it was only a 10 minute drive from the centre. The cleanliness of the studio was excellent and the bathroom in particular was very nice. On arrival we requested more towels and help with things and the host responded very quickly and was at our door with everything we needed within less than 10 minutes! Also the day of our checkout I asked the host if we could checkout later than planned and he allowed us a whole hour extra! Would definitely recommend for a night or weekend away and would come again.

The only thing we didn’t like was that there is no onsite parking which meant we had to park on a nearby street about 5 minutes walk away, it was quite difficult to find a space to park as it was very busy.

Clean and tidy, good location

Sensor light right outside window kept coming on - not ideal when you are trying to sleep. Someone kept pounding front door at 1am - was quite intimidating.
