A great value, clean and comfy room
Lovely clean and tidy room, comfy bed, great comms from the host.
A ticking clock is never a good idea in a bedroom (but easily movable to the bathroom), the fridge was noisy and the the lights on the aircon unit, microwave and TV lit up the room (once turned them all off was fine)

The air conditioner doesn't have a "fan on all the time while cooling" setting, so we found the on/off cycling a bit disruptive.
