Great location and clean

Clean & tidy with good staff

No double glazing which made my road side room very noisy. No fresh fruit apart from apples at breakfast

Excellent value for money near Newmarket

-The location near Newmarket -Friendly staff -Excellent bus connection, no car needed -Simple but nice breakfast served between 7-10 -Early check-in was arranged which we hugely appreciated

-The AC was so loud, it was impossible to use it during the night despite earplugs -The room had a really bad smell (luckily we could open windows)

Excellent value for money. Very friendly staff and great to have had breakfast included in the price. Continental breakfast was perfectly adequate and the coffee machine makes decent coffee!

Unfortunately the bins were emptied one night by the bin lorry at 2:20am, there's a small carpark behind the hotel and our room faced out the back, so we were woken up by the noise of the bins being emptied, along with every single other person in the hotel and the apartment block across the car park, I suspect. Unnecessary, but not the hotel's fault.

Cute spot

The breakfast with stay is a nice touch and staff were lovely. Bed was clean, tidy and comfortable, body wash provided and a decent sized fridge if needed. Hotel is situated close to venues which makes it ideal.

The air con was very noisy and made a mumbling noise every 5 minutes impacting sleep. The parking is extremely tight especially for larger vehicles. Recommend smaller cars should be asked to park left of the building where it’s more cramped, instead it was free for all. We also woke to have the breakfast at 7am before our race but they were late to open.

My stay was pleasant and I enjoyed breakfast.

I liked its proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. It was also close to the bus stop which was nice. Breakfast was great!

Breakfast was simple but very delightful. The location is great! Close and in walking distance to shopping mall.

The front porch was never swept and tables/chairs not clean otherwise everything else was very clean.

Sympathique

Personnel super aimable et très chill, aucune pression, toujours prêt à aider. L’équipe est vraiment attentionnée et serviable, avec la possibilité de parler français, ce qui facilite beaucoup les échanges. Emplacement idéal, à quelques mètres du shopping center Westfield et à une distance parfaite pour visiter les principaux sites. Je recommande sans hésiter😉

À savoir : l’hôtel vient d’être repris récemment par un nouveau propriétaire, donc les travaux de rénovation se font progressivement. Il ne faut pas s’attendre à un standing 4 étoiles pour le moment. Cela dit, la qualité de la literie et l’ambiance générale font vite oublier ces petits détails.
