    Initially I was opting for a better review however a few days into my stay and there were a number of problems that arose including staff misconduct, racism and descrimination as well as security concerns. My room deposit was not refunded, an item of mine was stolen from the room after an employee cleaned the room, the manager was impossible to get a hold of even after requesting for an extended stay and one of the employees displayed unprofessionalism when queried about this. There were issues with some of the guests making unwanted noises early into the morning and then there was an issue of the set up and design of the dorm rooms relating to a late check in around 12pm even though quiet time is at 10pm. The place is poorly managed and there appears to be a small number of guests utilising the premises for illegal purposes. The toilets and bathroom located on the upper floors are not kept clean on a continual basis therefore I wouldn't recommend this backpackers as an option.
