Apon arrival we were early the father and son were amazing it was hot and we had bus'ed, planed and trained we were worn out the address took us in early and for that we were so grateful. Friendly and attentive. The property was ultra clean

Tension between family member. No air-conditioning and a noisy old tower fan which we felt was out of place for a Delux room. We appreciated the stay and would recommend as a place to sleep and come and go from but not a place to kick back and relax.

Good for 1 or 2 nights.

Location was good. Owner was friendly, but I felt awkward in the house especially meal times, so I had microwave meals instead of cooking. On the odd occasion i stayed in there were very loud voices sounding like arguing. So made it uncomfortable for me.

The hosts are great. A very friendly family that made my one week stay so good. They were very supportive all the time and made sure I felt home.

The Wi-Fi was a bit bad sometimes but it got sorted very quickly.

Pleasant

Location was convenient for St Heliers. Space for parking our hire car. Bathroom was spacious and clean, and is yours personally during the stay. The hosts two teenage sons, who we mostly dealt with, were nice and helpful, and really appreciate that Anthony stayed up to greet us when we arrived in the early hours.

Double bed, one side pushed against wall, in a small room. Wardrobe should be for guests and not remain as family storage. Due lack of storage we lived out of our 2 suitcases and two cabin bags on the floor. Some new plump pillows wouldn't go amiss and unfortunately the linen smelt musty, although clean. That smell you get with washed linen out of a machine that needs a clean and also the door leaving open between washes. Water damage/staining on large blind.

lovely well kept property, would have been nice to have more of our own facilities- hosts family were very courteous and

the property was very clean and new.

I felt a little uneasy about sharing a front door and disturbing the family when we came back late. They didn’t say anything as they were loving hosts.

Very friendly and hospitable hosts, offered Wifi and breakfast options as well as tour of the house on arrival. Safe off street parking. Bedroom offered coffee and tea facilities, as well as a medium firmness bed, desk, lamps and heater. You have your own bathroom with shower and bath included. Hosts even left lights on for me as I was out in the evening.

Loved the family beautiful people nice all round and great prices.

Family was awesome very accommodating and helpful, offered fresh fruits, milk and bread room was tidy with a jug and coffee and tea toilet and shower/bath was only two steps out room door.

Would like to have had a bar fridge in room and microwave but was still a pleasant stay. Also a room key and door key for convenience

Clean and comfortable, family are very friendly and trusting and willing to help bring our luggage upstairs. We can help ourselves to cereal for breakfast.

Because we didn’t know it’s a family house, i.e we didn’t know that we were staying with people, we weren’t sure either if we could use the kitchen to cook. Maybe a meet and greet first thing and then go through house rules etc.

Friendly and clean. Handy to my point of a school meeting.

My host was a very pleasant man and welcoming. I didn't realise I was staying in their home. I thought by the description I was in a room within a house of other guests. However, the house and my room were clean as was the private bathroom. The bed linen needs to be upgraded and matching. The bed was very comfortable. The decor was very simple, but acceptable. The host's wife although she was unable to understand much English made me feel welcome for breakfast. I was invited to have cereal and or eggs. To help them improve their service they need to set the table for a guest. There was a lot of other personal stuff on the table where I was sitting. I would like them to improve what they offer so that they can have success. A T.V. in the bedroom would really have been something I would expect, however there was not one there. I wish them well with their on going hosting and hope my comments help.

Being a stranger in a home which they are also occupying on the same floors. When it came to leave I could not find the Lady of the house despite calling out to her several times. I had to leave a note to thank her.

bathroom is in the hallway (family bathroom) when they have guests they dont use it. No Tv in the bedroom. No tea coffee facilities in the bedroom. Bedroom in a house - the ad suggested it was a more self sufficient room with bathroom - ensuite style

Zimmer bei Familie im Einfamilienhaus.

Es liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Kostenfreier Parkplatz. Waschmaschine kann mitbenutzt werden.

Uns war nicht klar, dass es ein Schlafzimmer in einem Familienhaushalt ist. Wir fühlten uns etwas unwohl neben dem Zimmer des Sohnes. Privatsphäre hatten wir nur in unserem Zimmer, und dafür ist es zu klein. Das Internet war bei uns im Zimmer ganz schlecht. Die Küche konnten wir mitbenutzen, aber es war uns und der Ehefrau unwohl dabei. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und wir würden es nicht als Deluxe-Zimmer bezeichnen.

De locatie op zich, mooie berg in de buurt. Handig vervoer voor korte afstanden m.b.v. de scooters.

Afstand tot de stad Auckland vond ik erg ver. Met de fiets was het zo'n 3 kwartier.
