Comfortable sitting room, good location Hosts responsive in response to a problem
The bathroom lock was broken, once the door was shut it could only be opened from the outside. The hosts were very responsive and sent someone to fix it the same day, but could have been an issue if there wasn't a second person there at the time.

We’ve really enjoyed our recent stay at this house in Stamford. It’s a really cute and cosy place to spend the weekend. The beds were very comfy and the pillows were perfect (a real feat as I never find the pillows are right when away). The kitchen was well equipped and wine glasses the perfect size. The location was perfect and only a short walk into town. Everything was very clean and prepared for our arrival.
The only thing I would recommend is potentially adding a hairdryer as this would’ve been handy but otherwise very pleased with our stay :)

The property was warm, very clean and tidy.
The stairs were incredibly steep with very thin treads. The shower head needed descaling and the temperature control was broken. The information about parking was misleading with double yellow lines outside the house and no close on street parking.
