Great property in a great location. Could do with a few attentions to detail to make it perfect

Really great location. Over three floors and plenty of room for everyone. Comfy beds. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Some of the more hidden areas were unclean. The shower head was clogged with limescale and one of the sofas was difficult to sit on.

Comfortable and well-equipped house in great location, good value for money.

Good location, near town centre and station. Clean and stylishly decorated. Comfortable beds and sofas. Good heating and hot water, tv and wi-fi. Well equipped kitchen. Easy check-in. Perfect for our 2-night stay

The only thing was that we found it difficult to turn down the temperature of the shower, but better too hot than too cold!

Fantastic location to explore Stamford great for couples, not family friendly.

Fantastic location just over the river from the high street and very quiet. Free parking in the street. It's a small road but we managed to find somewhere to park. Well equipped kitchen and coffee pod machine was a bonus. The main room up the top has nice views and good size room. Great for couples.

The property is over 3 floors so there are a lot of stairs. The double rooms are very small doubles and with a travel cot I had to climb over the bed to get to the other side. I don't think it's suitable for young children due to the stairs and small rooms. The main room is at the top so if you want a drink or anything from the kitchen you need to go down 2 flights of stairs.

The house is very good value for money being in Stamford and close to Burleigh House.

The location is excellent, perfect accommodation for our 2 night stay.

Ideally a slightly larger shower cubicle but feel I am being picky mentioning that.

Character house in a brilliant location

Lovely house top floor was stunning and had a lovely view. Kitchen was very well stocked., love the coffee machine. Had a freezer but had to stand it on the picnic basket for it to be able to reach the plug but handy for the frozen croissants! Baking tray in the oven was dirty but just stuck some tinfoil over it which was provided so no issue. Boiler was quite loud on the middle floor which was where you sleep and ran all night so we just switched it off and switched it back on on the morning no problem and plenty of hot water. Shame that a delivery driver knocked on our door and woke us all up at 20 to 8 in the morning but that is not the properties fault. Great location. Brilliant to walk to the park, the town and rotten underwater

Ok for a night or two because of location

The location was very good

Bedrooms were very small, bed wedged in with no other furniture. Cleaning was awful, crumbs under sofa cushions, oven and oven tray disgusting. Bathroom sink was blocked. The only spacious room was the sitting room in the attic.

Great place with lots of potential, but needs work and a nearby property manager.

Great location, good value. Warm and comfy beds. In spite of my negative comments, I would stay again for the same price. The leak would be fixed and I would go prepared with extra bedding and my own cleaning equipment.

We booked for 5 people but there was no bedding for the sofa bed. I called the accommodation manager and they were two hours away, so we borrowed some from a nearby relative. The living room ceiling had a huge leak which meant the rug below was soaking wet and very smelly. I rolled it up and cleaned so that we could use the room. The kitchen only had 4 chairs (the accommodation claims it is big enough for 6 people), so as a family of 5 we couldn't all sit down for dinner/breakfast together. The kitchen in general was poorly equipped (other guests have said the same), the dishwasher out of order, very limited number of bowls, plates, forks etc. Almost no cleaning products.

Great place to stay just to put your head down for the night.

Was a lovely property in an ideal location.

Just little things brought down the score. As the dishwasher was not working, we had to clean things by hand, but had to phone to get cleaning supply’s, none of the clocks were at the correct time. I thinks may have been smoking something, as that’s all you could smell in the living area. They tried to resolve this, but smell was still coming through 😔. Pillow was hard as a rock, needs replacing. And the duvet cover had a whole in it.

Sijainti todella hyvä. Asemalta alle 5 min matka, kun oikaisee kujalta. Asunnossa 3 kerrosta eli tilaa oli. Kahvinkeitin, jääkaappi ja pyykinpesukone iso plussa! Siistit tilat. Suosittelen tätä majoitusta, oli tosi hyvä. Rauhaisa katu.

Suihkukaapin ovi ei avaudu kovinkaan paljoa, ehkä sitä kannattaisi säätää.
