Great value for a short break in the beautiful town of Stamford

The location was excellent and we found it quiet and comfortable. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

As others have said, the lack of a proper table makes it hard to comfortably eat breakfast or later meals but there are plenty of places to eat close by. The communal area leading up to the apartment needed a hoover.

Ideal location to explore Stamford and surrounding area. Location could not have been better for us.

Great location and space. Comfy beds and great shower. When no code was sent and we found the out of hours number, team were so helpful, responsive and calm as i panicked in the street with my family!

No where to hang towels in room / bathroom for 4 people staying. No where to put bathroom items such as toothbrush etc. Not enough seats for 4 people in living room / to eat. Did not get send codes for access to building or key box - so had to call out of hours number (hard to find)

Location was good. apartment was clean and has all amenities you need.

Had to phone emergency number to obtain code for front door and key box. Nothing given prior to leaving or upon arrival. The information book in property says we should have being given a code before we left and to phone if not received. We could not do that as we were not given this information prior to leaving. The information book also shows that the lock box is on the outside he building. This is incorrect as you need to use the code to open the front door and the lock box is inside the property. However, the person i spoke to who also sent emails was excellent and gave very good customer service. Rooms were cold as no instructions on how to operate central heating. My wife walks with 2 sticks and had problems with the 2 flights of steps to get to the apartment. Perhaps this could be included in the description of the property?

Stamford apartment

Apartment was great, modern and clean. The location is very good and the instructions for access and to use the apartment facilities as well as useful detail in local facilities and places to visit.

The front bedroom is on the road opposite the M&S food hall so early delivery lorries making noises. However, the back bedroom is nice and quiet.

Small basic apartment in central location.

Breakfast wasn't included. The property was somewhat small, with an awkward layout. there was no mirror or wastebasket in our bedroom. one bedroom was very noisy at night and early morning.

Excellent stay, ideal location.

Arrival instructions were very easy to follow, with pictures sent to show exact location of door and lock boxes. Flat was extremely clean, and a very nice arrival gift had been left for me. Kitchen and bathroom very well equipped with everything you could need. Very comfortable beds.

Location is noisy, with delivery lorries from very early in the morning. Property did provide ear plugs which helped with this. Very steep stairs - not a lot can be done about those. Lounge quite small, and could do with a fresh lick of paint, as some of the walls are stained.

Convenient, Cosy, great little please to visit Stamford from.

Right in the central part of Stamford. Close to shops. Cosy facilities and cool little living room.

We were there in a heatwave and struggled to cool things down but fine after we were loaned some fans. There was noise through the night from Tesco and M&S trucks. Only a problem in the front bedroom. Some cheap earplugs fixed things.

Really enjoyed the stay and the accommodation /location was exactly as I had hoped.

There appeared to be enough parking for 2 cars, one for flat a and one for flat b. Unfortunately one car was parked taking all the space all weekend.

Unclean.

Was excited to stay here as the photos and location looked good. However the location opposite the M&S was extremely noisy all night especially from 3am when the deliveries start. That can’t be helped though I suppose and it is a central location. The apartment did not feel very well cleaned when we arrived as there was half eaten grapes on the sofa and a bottle of empty port in the bedroom. The bathroom was grubby. Very disappointed.

No table to eat at (pull out one in kitchen didn’t look safe). Kettle full of scale. Only one set of keys and with all the doors this was tricky to manage.

Stylish and Centrally Located

Central location right in the centre of town. Well equipped and spacious.

Due to its central location there is a lot of very early morning street noise especially the M&S deliveries. The beds in the front room were very uncomfortable.

We would definitely stay here again. Clean, centrally located, excellent facilities.

The facilities are superb. Although we were only there for the weekend, everything was there to cater for a much longer stay. The location is in the heart of the town, which we liked.

It can be very noisy, especially with deliveries to the Marks & Spencer's food store which is just across the road. However, with the apartment having two bedrooms, one away from the road, then you have options if you are a light sleeper. There are a few stairs involved, not a problem for us, but could be for others.

A great little flat in the centre of Stamford

The property was in an excellent location, right in the heart of Stamford, and easily walkable to everything. It was a great flat, well proportioned, very clean and with really comfortable beds. Communication with the owners was clear and smooth, and check-in was very straightforward. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The only negative was some early morning noise from deliveries going to M&S, which is directly opposite the flat. We had been forewarned and the person in the front bedroom had earplugs just in case.

Nice apartment and location but Avoid if you enjoy sleeping.

Location was excellent in terms of proximity to the town (however this also led to the main problem); the property was well fitted with everything we needed; the shared bathroom was good (shower was great); washing machine very handy

The most important thing to know is that the property is directly opposite Marks and Spencer’s food hall and a Tesco which meant that from 5am large lorries began unloading their supplies with unbearable noise (even tried ear plugs to no avail). The beds were hard and the pillows flat. The blinds did not block the light. It was also hot (bring at the top floor on some warm days) and we had to keep the windows closed due to the noise. We had very little sleep. Such a shame as the apartment was otherwise in a great location and well appointed but guests to need sleep.

Pleasant stay, and would stay again

The property was in the perfect spot, very central’ for the town. It had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and shower was powerful, towels were bath sheets so really nice and large.

The key safe wouldn’t open when we arrived, so we were unable to retrieve the keys. Luckily when we reported this, someone was able to bring a spare set of keys within half an hour, so we had a drink at the pub up the road. It was inconvenient but quickly solved. Delivery to M&S arrived really early on the Saturday morning and woke us up it was that noisy!!

Beautiful town, very relaxing.

Wish we had a Nespresso coffee machine. Also a lamp in the back bedroom. Maybe some door stops, because the doors close automatically, it would be nice to have them open sometimes. Also a few tips on where to eat.

Beautifully decorated and furnished apartment, well equipped kitchen and lounge. Located in the centre of town across the street from M&S.

In our bedroom ( adjacent to the bathroom ) we felt the bed was too large for the bedroom leaving little space between bed and walls. It would help guests if the rooms were identified with small labels e.g.lounge, bedroom etc. as all the doors are identical. p.s. we couldn't fault the comfort of the bed!
