Nice clean place to break our journey, would definitely stay again.

Easy to find , close to town centre. In a quiet area. Outside space a bonus.

Best place I've stayed with my doggy

Everything I needed was there it was no trouble at all for the host Lloyd to answer any questions this is a beautiful gem of a place the garden is wonderful as I'm a smoker so ideal also fully enclosed it's a wonderful area extremely quiet and sound proof and peaceful the bed was out of this world like sleeping on a cloud I can't wait to return. Cooking was amazing and the shower fantastic. Great tv channels.

Very confy and relaxing for a mini break

We stayed at this apartment in Gramthon last week — I was there with Shannon — and everything was perfect from start to finish. The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly and helpful, and the whole process was smooth and easy. This is actually our second time staying with Amaya Property and we’ve already booked our third trip to Gramthon with them — that says it all! We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Lovely, well equipped little property.

A beautiful well equipped little property that had everything you would need staying in a home from home setting. The host was fantastic and very friendly and also contactable whenever you need anything. 10 minute walk from town centre and a spar shop just at the end of the road which is great for your essentials. McDonalds, Taco Bell and other restaurants just a few minutes walk. Lovely little private patio area with extra chairs if you need them. Bed linen was high quality hotel bedding and very clean and comfortable. Bed in main bedroom has a memory foam mattress which was very comfortable and sofa bed in the lounge was very comfortable too. Bed linen, quilt and pillows were also provided for this. There were fleece throws too if you needed an extra blanket. No noice from neighbouring properties and quite private overall.

On street parking is first come first serve so at times we ended up having to park a little further away from the property, which isn't a massive deal but a bit awkward when we were unpacking the car with an infant in hand. Tends to be busier on an evening for parking.

Wee gem

The house was spotless and we had the pleasure of meeting the cleaner who was amazing! Such a credit We liked having the outdoor space as it was sunny We had a small issue with no bedding for the sofa bed, the owners and cleaner ensured that this was resolved within 30 minutes which was great. Great that there was washing up liquid and sponge as dont always get these at self catering Overall a great wee place that was cheap and cheerful!

Not so much that we didnt like but more about the cons- the people upstairs were very noisy- i dont necesaarily think it was them but more about the building itself we could hear everything.

Great pet friendly stay for a wedding weekend - clean, spacious and confortable

it was very well equipped, spacious, pet friendly and comfortable!

It lacked a little decoration, it was very basic, but our main issue were the very loud people upstairs. It wasn’t the easiest place to find parking, we parked on the road and ended up getting a ticket

very clean, extremely quiet, comfortable with everything you need. Loyd’s ( the owner) communication is flawless, responding to messages promptly and giving full details and information regarding property.Spar and Restaurants walking distance, parking no issue at all and enjoyed my morning coffee in the sun filled patio. myself and my two little doggies had a wonderful stay and I’d highly recommend this accom to anyone.

Only stayed one night but an ideal property for long stay. Outdoor space would be good for summer!

Kitchen very well equipped, full size fridge and freezer. Excellent central heating which was lovely as it was a cold night! Location good but quite a walk into town for anyone without transport or with mobility issues.

On street parking a bit awkward - when we returned in the early evening, we had to park on the next street as couldn't get near to the apartment.

Cosy and welcoming spacious apartment

Lovely welcoming and cosy place with character. We only stayed one night but it is definitely somewhere you could comfortably stay for longer. Communication from the owner was very good.

The main bedroom was lovely and the second bed is a sofabed. I liked that this was made up as a comfy bed on our arrival so there was no need to tackle a sofa!
