Lovely house, quiet safe estate, 5 min drive to town. Modern, and comfortable property with private parking, and friendly quiet neighbours.

Property was absolutely fantastic with a really great host who was able to offer advice and was really prompt with communication. The property was well connected with great options for meals and takeaways nearby. The property was well presented, clean and comfortable. The perfect place for our weekend.

Very pleasant suburban neighbourhood with a good park nearby and all amenities in the town a short distance away the house as been fitted very nicely and my family had a great stay over really memorable many thanks

a few minor cleaning issues if I was being very four in a bed style picky which I mentioned to the host probably just been missed and the lock box gave my partner a stress in the morning because it wouldn't open but the host was very contactable and let us know what to do

Grantham lay exactly halfway between our holiday base in the north of England and the ferry port of Harwich, an ideal place to break our journey. The description of the accommodation and the photos made us think that we were making the right choice. The communication with the host was excellent, the details about the keysafe were emailed to us in good time, the wonders of modern satellite navigation meant that we found the address immediately. The area instantly reminded me of Privet Drive in the Harry Potter films. Luckily, however, there was room for all five of us without having to think of using the space under the stairs… The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with just enough room in front to allow the Škoda Octavia to park off the road.. The beds were all made up ready for us, a wide sleeping sofa downstairs in the sitting room and upstairs a large double bed in the front room and two single beds at the back. The whole house was tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean, The furniture was not an array of individual items pushed into each room, as we have sometimes experienced; it was minimalist, not at all spartan, but well thought through. There was uniform light-coloured deep carpeting throughout the rooms and the stairs, with tiled floors in the bathroom and laminate flooring in the kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped to a high standard, as was the bathroom with a bathtub, integrated shower and expensive fittings. The bath towels were of an unusually high quality for rented accommodation. The windows have all been recently renewed, as well as the garden glass door, which leads out to a small stone-banked garden with a stout table and bench seating where we enjoyed a quiet evening after a tiring journey. The following morning we could see that the rain in the night had darkened the colour of the slate pieces. Our thanks to our host Lloyd and very best wishes for both his accommodation and him personally for the future.

Location was in a quiet suburban area very close to the centre of Grantham. Was ideal for us. Easy to find, easy to get in. Property very fresh and clean with all the facilities we needed.

Amaya Three was clean when we arrived with a nice booklet giving us good contact information as well as activities to do which I thought was sweet. The shower is nice and warm and the bathroom is very modern and the windows open so you can get a lot of fresh air in the house. It is well presented and has lots of sunshine in the garden as well as a good amount of space to be able to cook. Easily accessible bins to throw away rubbish as well as a good tv with access to movies which really did make my stay. There is commodities for everything for a short stay. 10/10

Issue with the key lock timer not working at the end of our stay, said 11am but the code had already expired, may be due to daylight savings and time changes. The living room sofa was a bit uncomfortable to sit on but overall a lovely stay. Thanks Lloyd :)
