Absolutely perfect for what we needed as a base to visit Burghley Horse Trials

Comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Well located for shops (M&S food hall) and restaurants 5 minute drive away. We used as a base to visit Burghley Horse Trials 30 minute drive away.

Surrounding area not very attractive but no issue for us as we were just using as a base. Stairs were very steep which might cause issues for anyone with mobility problems.

Great for a visit to Grantham

It was very quiet and had everything needed. The key safe was easy to operate as was the heating . Bed cosy Under 10 min walk to station roughly under 20 to high Street.

I found the steep stairs a little un nerving but it would not put me off staying again. It's a personal thing ...but the green light in the bedroom ...I'm not sure what it is I have one on the communal landing /staircase of the flat I live in . Not sure if there could not have been a more appropriate place to put it and not in the sleeping space as its bright . I like it dark

Nice apartment, shame about sofabeds!

Lovely clean apartment, with everything we needed! The double bed was very comfy!

The two sofa beds are very hard and uncomfortable, unfortunately this spoilt the stay for me! Such a shame as everything else is great, I would love to use again but the sofa beds, unless changed would put me off booking. My hip is bruised from laying on it the last four nights. Toilet seat was also bit wobbly!

refurbishing had been beautifully done lots of space and comfortable sofas and bed plenty of facilities to cook within the property

towels not replenished living room was dusty toilet sink was blocked, poor drainage and shower head was almost falling off the hook

Perfect for a short stay.

It was very easy to find and we found it easy to park despite being in a 3.5t horsebox. The accommodation was very clean and everything we could need was provided. It was exceptionally quiet at night! Netflix on the TV was a definite plus.

Only little things - like the apartment door could do with a handle on the inside as I found it hard to pull the door open with the little lock. The bathroom sink drained very slowly but probably only needs a bit of Plugbuster.

Apartment was really nice. Beds were very comfy, all apartment well equiped with everything.

Apartment very spacy, well equped with all home appliances like washmachine, tv, wifi, iron, toaster etc... Everything you need. Beds realy comfortable, towels were big and soft. Realy silent neigbourhood. Grocery shop only one minute away by foot. Perfect place to stay for family vacation. Really recommend.

To be honest, you could only provide these European to UK adapter for electricity sockets. Thats what we missed most. Because we come from Europe and we werent able to charge our phones or laptops. And we didnt thought about that when we came to UK. So if you drop few of these adapters next time we come would be perfect :D
