Amaya 5 was clean, comfortable and warm, on street parking was fine, it was a good base for us

We used Amaya 5 as a base for our plans to visit places of interest, once inside and upstairs (the accommodation is on the first floor and roof space) we were warm and comfortable and it was quiet. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, the shower room was smart and everywhere was super clean. The digital entry key safe worked well, and the rates were reasonable for this type of accommodation.

I'd assumed from photographs of two different double beds that there were 2 bedrooms, whereas actually the 2 beds are in the same space, a large loft conversion. There was plenty of space, and this was entirely my misunderstanding, One bed could only accessed from the foot as there was zero floor space either side, and no bedside light for that bed. The wheelie bins are right by the front door, I understand there's no alternative space but it's not a nice moment to have to negotiate the bins to get to the front door.

Had a very pleasant stay , 10 minutes or so walk from the station just what we needed really .

The house is exactly as it says " on the tin". Modern decor, clean, tidy and comfortable.

Newly refurbished property. Immaculate modern decor. Everything in full working order and everything one could realistically need was provided. Very well maintained and exceptionally clean and tidy.

The immediate surroundings of the house are a little scruffy and the walk into town for pubs/restaurants a little further than we had thought but not enough to stop us going!

Shower was great and Hannah was lovely when I spoke to her.

One bed was really uncomfortable and the other really awkward to get in and out without climbing over your partner. Dishwasher made everything smell like wet dog Messaged Lloyd the host a few times but got no reply. No coffee table as shown in photo (photos need updating)

bathroom and kitchen nicely done and very clean bit mould in shower. plenty of space throughout property

the location is the worst I have ever stayed it is in the middle of a residential terraced street which is very run down no parking at all as advertised cars were parked bumper to bumper both sides of the full street we had to park round the corner in the next street over, if it was so late when we arrived due to a accident on the motor way no way would I have stayed even though the property was nice when we went in it. the bedroom is in the loft and is very hot needs air-con there are two double beds one against the wall so need to climb over other person if sharing and the other is boxed in between the wall and a big fixed box which leaves about foot and half to get onto it as the bed had a foot board on it so opening the window is difficult.

lovely clean spacious property that was perfect as a base, would stay here again

the house was perfectly equipped and clean and spacious for our trip

the host asked us to be quiet between certain times which was absolutely fine but as a result we did feel like we had to tip toe around during our whole stay and we’re always worried we were making too much noise/ the tv was too loud etc.

We spent 5 nights with 2 little kids, we loved how clean, warm and quiet was the place. It's very close to Spar and McDonald's as well as the centre of Grantham. Will come back next year.

Lovely place great facilities shame about the cigarette smell

Location, modern, facilities, key collection, size, space, warm, good internet, quiet, able to park outside all weekend, additional extras were a great help (dishwasher tablet, washing capsules, toiletries) cleanliness fresh nice towels and bedding, helpful host who was fast at replying

Sadly the apartment smelt of cigarette smoke throughout which was a real shame and meant we wouldn’t stay again with a young baby, and the mattress nearest the window in the bedroom had s divit in meaning you almost got stuck in the same spot in the night

Would get a 100% if the entrance looked like inside.

The beds were comfy and it was a well furnished apartment.

I didn't like the entrance to the building as it had cobwebs and looked unkept that made me think it was an abandoned property but then inside was completely different as it was clean and neat.

Exceptional

Amaya Five is a walkable distance to the town centre. The property is very clean and very comfortable. It had a well equipped kitchen for cooking and laundry. The shower had plenty of hot water and had a good pressure. I would stay here again. Thank you Lloyd for checking in.
