Very clean, well-represented and well-equipped property. Quiet location on the edge of Oakham. Play area practically next door which toddler enjoyed. Open space for walking also nearby. Good location for walk into Oakham and visiting Rutland Water.

Very convenient location for us as we attended a wedding nearby. Lots of space in the house. And off street parking. Fully equipped house & lots of games & puzzles to amuse you in the evening.
Mattress is downstairs bedroom could be better, a little uncomfortable. Also let guests know kitchen & sitting room are on the 2nd floor.

We have stayed there a number of times in the past, and we are very impressed at how well maintained this property is. It is kept in very good condition and we had a very comfortable stay. Parking is easy and there's a very nice walk into town which takes just over 10 minutes. Also very close to the Rutland Water.
