Cleanliness and quality of furnishings.
Two good sized bed rooms which were exceptionally comfortable and a lovely bathroom.
Closeness to main town.
Only one bathroom / toilet.

We loved the location. It was perfect for centre of Stamford. The house is located in a quite street off one of the main thoroughfares. Quite a busy little street during the day with car businesses close-by, but that meant it was quite at night time. We all slept very well. The house was spotless, everything immaculately clean. There are all the amenities you need for a few days stay including a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle etc.
There was nothing to dislike.

Great location for access to town centre. Parking within easy walking distance. Main bedroom and bathroom comfortable.
The second bedroom is small with no windows. Might not suit everyone. Sofa in lounge not very comfortable and if you did have 4 people staying you wouldn’t be able to seat everyone.

When we booked, there was a the misrepresentation on the website repeated several times over that there was free parking available with no mention of restricted hours. When we questioned the arrangement we did not get a clear answer. In practice, there is very restricted on street parking and it was only available to us once during our one week stay. The nearby car park is only free overnight. Parking charges apply from 8am.
