As above. Lovely weekend, beautiful flat over riding stables. Very pretty location, near pubs and countryside.

Beautiful secluded retreat in Greetham Lincs. Immaculately clean lovely flat over riding stables. Lovely and helpful owners we met, and adorable (welcome party) of dogs we met! All the facilities you need, pubs close, we took ready meals and used the microwave. We loved the surrounding towns, countryside, Exton Park and Hambleton Bakery. We slept well and it was very quiet. Owners couldn’t be more helpful. Fabulous weekend, will return.

It was pretty quaint. Unique

The owner was very ubrupt and rude. Arrived it was pitch black. Had no idea where the key was. Phone signal is awful on the way. Room is above a stables. Was freezing when we arrived at 11.30pm and it’s stunk.

The description of the property is very misleading, it left us very disappointed

The location and spaciousness of the apartment

Parking was an issue - not obvious where we should/should not park Lack of cooking facilities. The description was ‘a stove top’ which was actually a hot plate big enough for one pan, a toaster and a microwave too high up to be safe. The outlook - the description of ‘ an inner courtyard view’ is misleading as it actually overlooked a working stable yard with dirty hay and other detritus from the stables. The term ‘ balcony’ implies somewhere to sit when it was actually just access to the door.

Lovely rural location

Very friendly owners. Great with my kids and showed them around the place to let them see all the animals. The property is a good size for what it is, and was clean and presentable on arrival. Location is ideal for visiting Ruland Water, Stamford and Oakham which are only a short drive away. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely rural apartment, great for our 5 year old!

Lovely farm. Lisa and her daughter were very welcoming and even let us check in at 1.30pm. The farm is full of animals, Lisa let our daughter see the horses which she absolutely loved! The apartment was well equipped with two tv’s with Netflix, lovely spacious bedroom / living area and bathroom. Lovely walks nearby and The Plough serves excellent food!

Lovely little rural lodge

Small rural village with two pubs serving food nearby. Nice quiet rural lodge based in a lovely courtyard for the main road in the village perfect for a quiet getaway. One comfortable double bed and two large sofa beds.

Do remember to bring your own shower gel and shampoo as none are provided.

Great rural retreat.

Nicely setup with good facilities. Lots of walks nearby and easy access to motorway. Good directions for arrival. Set back from road so only the sounds of the animals.
