Great location and really lovely accommodation with views over the fields. Everything was very clean and modern. You can walk to the local pub which serves excellent food. Oakham is just a short drive away, and Rutland Water has so much to keep everyone entertained

Stunning location, quiet and well equipped. Host was very friendly, responsive and accommodating.

Wow . Just the most perfect place . A beautiful area and the property has a balcony so we sat and had drinks & snacks watching the animals nearby . The property itself was beautifully furnished. The bathroom was stunning ( free standing bath ) toiletries . So many beautiful features and had everything ! Dishwasher , lovely array of glasses , cafetière …. The list could go on . The host was lovely & accommodating .
