After a six-hour journey with our five-month-old baby, in heavy rain, the owner went unreachable, we couldn’t access the

It looked nice from the outside.

We were never able to access the property. Despite booking a month in advance and receiving all other check-in information, the key safe code — arguably the most critical detail — was never provided. My wife travelled six hours with our five-month-old baby, and upon arrival we made repeated attempts to contact the owner by phone and text, with no response. We reasonably expected the code to arrive shortly, but after more than two hours nothing came through. Customer service was also unable to reach the owner. Forty-five minutes later, the booking was cancelled, leaving us to urgently find alternative accommodation that same evening. This was extremely disappointing and stressful. After a long journey, in poor weather and at night, being unable to access the property or contact the owner — especially while travelling with a young baby — is completely unacceptable.

Lovely modern comfortable house with everything you could need in a stay - a home from home!

This house in Sleaford was absolutely amazing — beautifully decorated, spotless, and with a fresh, brand-new feel. The accommodation had everything we could possibly need, and the extra touches made it even more special: tea, coffee, milk, chocolates, bottled water, and even wine. It was warm and cozy throughout, with lovely soft towels, comfy beds, and every appliance you could think of. Yaa was a fantastic host — responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful when we needed an early check-in to get ready for a nearby wedding. We couldn’t have asked for better. I would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect home that truly exceeds expectations!

Perfect home away from home

The house is clean and comfortable and has all the amenities you could need, plus extra. It is located close to Sleaford but not central so it's quiet and easy to get to. There is a large co-op within walking distance of the house, and a Tesco superstore a short drive away. The host was very helpful throughout the process and communication with them was fast and reliable. It felt like a home away from home and I will absolutely be staying the next time I'm called up to Sleaford.

I wouldn't change a thing.
