Comfortable and clean with local shops nearby, a few minutes drive to Grantham but far enough out of the town centre to join quiet roads into the wider county of Lincolnshire.

Third visit to this property this time brought my 93 year old Mum so having a single bedroom with easy access was perfect. House is very clean and comfortable, will definitely return again when wanting to stay in Grantham.

clean, warm and cozy during this very cold winter period in December the house had everything we needed and felt like a home from home, owners are up there with the best. Will definitely return when we need to stay in Grantham.

Clean and comfortable and everything worked. One large double bedroom and two smaller rooms would be OK as two singles plus a bed settee in the living room. We were 4 adults and a child aged 1. Easy access. Good parking (off street space by the house and lots of parking space on the road outside). Grantham and facilities close by. House is detached in a modern estate. Shop 5 minutes walk away. It was a joy for us as we had been let down by the house we had booked and to find this at the last minute was great.
No can opener. No we weren't beer drinkers but just wanted to open a tin of rice pudding. Some more cutlery would be useful.
