Location.
Bedroom was accessed by a spiral staircase. Toilet downstairs so not easy to navigate during the night. Very uneven, creaking floor in bathroom.

Excellent location. Perfect for railway station and right in town centre, but quiet location.

I love the location and the space in this property.
tiles on bathroom floor cracked and broken nipped the sole of my foot in one of the gaps. the apartment door handle falls off when you open the door from the outside. the outside door was very stiff to open and close as it is catching on something. the wifi signal is very weak I had to use my phones data to work in the evening.
