Great place to stay for a mini break with friends

Great little house with everything we needed - even Christmas decorations.

Kitchen blind seemed to be broken when we arrived but otherwise everything was great. Car parking space was just big enough for my Polo but anything bigger and you might struggle.

Lovely house very close to the town centre. This was great for me whilst I was there for work and much prefer it to staying in a hotel. In fact I have booked to stay here again. House is very comfortable and the private parking space is a great bonus

A deceptive, well equipped property with parking a few minutes walk from Stamford town centre.

A large downstairs area with kitchen and dining facilities as well as a utility washing machine area and toilet. Comfy beds, a twin and double upstairs. A good shower and large bathroom. Fully equipped and when I found the bread knife, there were chop sticks as well!! The owner responded to any queries within a few minutes.

Parking is quite tight but no problem. The stairs are quite steep, but no problem. The key lock code was sent 3 times and was not received until the evening after we had vacated the property. However, the owner responded almost immediately to my request on the day and everything went smoothly after this. It seems to be a problem with the agent and not the owner.

A nicely furnished and looked after property. Cleanliness is the key for me and this property met the standard.

The TV size was a bit too small. It could do with an upgrade to a 65 or at least 60 inch smart TV.

Very nice stay.

It was close to where I needed to be; it was tidy and comfortable. Close enough to walk into Stamford. The shower was great. The vendor sent me all the relevant information prior to the visit.

A definite little gem

Excellent property, only stayed for one night but would happily stay longer. Beds very comfortable, good quality furniture and furnishings and very well equipped. Nice little sitting out area and parking space a real benefit.

Only slight niggle, bedroom windows may benefit from blackout blinds. Otherwise couldn't fault it.

We loved our 1 night stay in Stamford. The property is in a beautiful area and much bigger than we expected. It is just a walking distance away from the town and shops. The beds are extremely soft and comfortable too. We would 100% recommend the property and would love to come back for a longer stay.

Ein kleines Juwel.

Wirklich sehr schönes Haus. Klein, aber fein. Sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar Treppengitter für die Kinder wurden installiert und ein Reisebett aufgestellt. Wir haben uns wie bei guten Freunden eingeladen gefühlt. ❤️

Der Parkplatz ist ein bisschen eng. Man muss schon fahren können. Der VW Caddy Maxi hat aber rein gepasst.
