Family reunion with Baby Grandaughter - apartment very well appointed

The property was warm, very clean & nicely decorated- the mattress topper on the sofa bed was a nice touch.

The lid on the bin kept sticking. Requiring 2 hands to open it.

The perfect place to stay in Stamford

This spacious apartment is stylishly furnished, comfortable and very well equipped, and conveniently located, being only a short walk away from the cafes, shops and restaurants. We stayed over Christmas and had a wonderful, relaxing time. Highly recommended as a place to stay in the beautiful town of Stamford.

- clean and well presented - location is close to town centre - spacious

- no parking on site however there’s one nearby - just meant that loading/unloading luggage was a bit tricky as the road is typically busy

Fabulous apartment in the perfect location

The apartment was spotless clean and beautifully decorated, really lovely. Excellent location, very close for all the shops and even with no parking we parked at the North Street Car park and it was £8 for the whole day and free overnight after 6.30

Lovely flat in a lovely town

The house is nice and new. Convenient location. Tastefully decorated flat. All the equipments worked well.

Not possible to have the car pull up in front of the house safely, so it was a little inconvenient to get our luggage in and out. House doesn’t have street number 4 on it, only the apartment numbers 1-3, took us a beat to realize we were at the right place.

Lovely flat

A very comfortable flat. It was good to have teabags, coffee sachets and milk provided, but it is close enough for a quick dash to the Tesco Express in the town centre. The small patio at the back would be nice in spring/summer. Access via a key safe was very easy. We were only there for one night, I'd have happily stayed longer.

Parking is an issue for everyone in Stamford, so this flat is not alone in having no dedicated parking spaces. Access to the first and second floor flats are via a fairly steep set of steps, which might pose an issue for those with mobility problems.

TV facilities Bathroom Comfortable beds

States there’s a ground floor entrance on booking.com. Getting up and down the stairs with two under two and our belongings was an absolute nightmare. The fuse board tripped at 5:30 in the morning. Again, memos shower, with two under two to console, and not having a definitive answer to where the fuse board is, when needed, was stressful.

An amazing apartment at a great price in the perfect location

The location is amazing and the apartment larger than expected. Super modern interior and super clean. The little extras such as milk in the fridge, coffee, the shower gel, had every utensil known to man. Entry was made easy by simple and clear instructions from the host.

There’s was absolutely nothing to dislike, it was perfect!

Lovely property in a fantastic location.

The property is well equipped and has everything you need for a short stay away. It is in an excellent location a short walk into the town centre and some lovely restaurants. The property has the benefit of Sky TV plus streaming services. A pint of milk and tea, coffee and sugar were provided which we were grateful for upon arrival. Hand soap and shower gel were also provided. Excellent communication prior to arrival and easy check in / check out process.

It doesn’t have private parking but is very close to a public pay and display car park which we used for the entirety of our stay. The road outside is also quite noisy but that’s to be expected for a property so central to town.

Good position in the centre of Stamford. Spacious and generally comfortable. Well equipped apartment.

Parking was not ideal, but this was inevitable as the property was in the centre of an old town. Operating the cooker required a higher degree in advanced electronics. The glass table was not (computer) mouse friendly.

Super modern & clean. But in a traditional building so a perfect mix of both. Everything worked perfectly & the hosts were fantastic with communication. Will definitely stay again.

Very spacious, beds extremely comfortable, finish very high standard and quiet surroundings which is lovely.

The outside stairs are definitely a challenge especially for older persons! But not a lot can be done about that one just has to take care.

Comfortable, modern apartment in a great location, though stairs and parking can be tricky.

The apartment had a modern and spacious living and kitchen area, with a very comfortable bed. The washing machine was a big plus for us as we’re on a long trip, and the Nespresso pods were a thoughtful bonus. The living room worked well for children, and the location was excellent — within walking distance to everything in Stamford. The hosts were lovely, and check-in was very easy.

There is no designated parking, which made unloading bags difficult. The business directly next door was unhelpful with even a brief stop, though thankfully the bicycle shop further along kindly let us unload and reload there. The apartment is on a main road and up several flights of stairs, so carrying luggage up can be a challenge. The washing machine was not a washer/dryer combo, which made laundry less convenient. Lastly, the bathtub is very high and could be a safety risk when stepping out.

Perfect for our short break to Stamford in order to attend our friend’s wedding

Beautifully styled, clean & spacious. A small outdoor space with a couple of benches. Powerful shower. 5 min walk into the centre of Stamford. Parking (paid) a few mins walk away. We were able to quickly park outside, dump bags & then put the car in the car park. Hosts helpfully provided electric charging info before our stay. Thoughtful to provide a pint of milk for our arrival. Kitchen was very well equipped although we didn’t use it apart from the kettle!

The apartment is on the first floor of a gorgeous house - on one of the main roads into Stamford so there is some traffic noise. We live in a really quiet road but shut the bedroom windows & it didn’t bother us at all.

An extra dining chair was needed as there were four of us & the second bedroom would benefit in having a proper double bed. All other amenities in the apartment were great & of good quality.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Well placed to walk into the town centre to eat in the evening. The property owner was lovely and very helpful after an initial problem due to a glitch in the booking.com system.

The booking.com system failed to send me the details of how to access the property. As soon as we managed to make contact with the owner she phoned to talk us through the access code and immediately messaged me the required property information

A lovely stay in a great location

The property was clean and fresh and very close to town. Lovely terrace so able to open doors and get nice breeze as we went when very hot.

Only one possible negative I could say was road noise which made it hard to sleep, but just closed windows and put fan on that had been provided ☺️
