Bread and milk left. River view. Rooms comfortable. Warm. Quiet. Dog friendly. Good, spacious room downstairs.
Shower panel very small in en-suite. Shower temperature difficult to control. Bins difficult to access outside.

Very helpful, welcoming and responsive hosts. Great information sent before our stay, really useful. Also lovely to have tea/coffee/milk on arrival and kitchen basics for our stay. The hamlet is beautiful and the property was spotless and well kept. We like to cook and found the kitchen well equipped and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Nothing. For us the bed was too soft but that's just personal preference.

We loved everything, from the moment we booked, communication was clear and helpful. Very quick response to us, we arrived late in the evening after driving for 18 hours from Spain… there was coffee and lovely biscuits waiting for us. We had a lovely hot shower and jumped into the beautiful clean white sheets.. it was like sleeping on a cloud, stunning views in the morning, had a visit from our host to tell us good spots to walk our dogs, just giving that extra attention to detail and warmth. Well equipped kitchen area, loved the Ninja oven, coffee machine, kettle , microwave and fridge all in a small, but well planned space.Loved the Fox theme.Wish we could stay longer and will definitely be back, Thank you for sharing your beautiful Den with us.
There was nothing we didn’t like, nothing to change. Nada 🥰

We loved our stay at Fletland Mill over the new year! The place was spacious, clean and was a perfect get away. We enjoyed walks on the grounds and the children loved the animals, the dog also enjoyed all the space to explore. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Plenty of space to lounge and for the kids to play. Great communication before our stay with the hosts.
It would have been good to have some sort of guidance on the bins, maybe a couple of baskets for the recycling or a little sign with how your council recycles.

Compact, very clean, perfect for our couple of nights stay. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Would definitely recommend
Nowhere to hang clothes only a chest of drawers. Can’t really cook there as no hon and Very little work surface for preparing food but nice pubs to eat out at only 10 mins drive away. Didn’t spoil our stay.

The place was amazing from start to finish. It was immaculate and clean and had everything you needed for your stay. There were lots of little bits provided which were added perks, from having a fresh baked loaf and biscuits to even shower gel in every bathroom. The hosts thought of everything and couldn’t do enough for you. Our stay was a family getaway and it was a perfect place for this. We had a trip into Stamford one day and a walk to the garden centre literally just round the corner which was huge with its only little cafe.
Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to recharge your batteries.
Nothing I didn’t like.

Location excellent. Attentive host.
Option to hang clothing. Drawers provided but hanging space option would be ideal.

Fletland Mill is in a great location, with local shops and amenities a short drive away. The whole mill is well equipped, with everything you could need for a stay away from home. The beds were clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their time away.
There are a lot of stairs and low beams. Anyone under 5ft 6in was fine!

The house and grounds were fantastic. Spotlessly clean with everything provided. Very comfortable and spacious. The hosts were very helpful and friendly even gave me a bottle of champagne to celebrate my 60th birthday. The high standard of the accommodation made my weekend away with my family extra special. I would thoroughly recommend.

We had the Mill and also The Den. The Mill was fascinating as well as well equipped and comfortable. The Den was cosy and well-equipped. It was lovely to see the animals and fields around. Melanie and Phil were responsive and keen to help in any way we needed
There were a lot of stairs in the Mill which our elderly mothers struggled with a bit and it might have been better to know in advance that it’s not possible to avoid stairs - there’s a flight of stairs to enter the Mill and another up to the sitting area/kitchen

The location was excellent: quiet, peaceful, with good dog walking facilities, alongside a river with a picturesque watermill. It had attractive animals to see and was near shops and pub/restaurants. We used it as a base for visiting attractions around and were easily able to get to them. We would recommend the Hamlet for large groups as well as individuals/couples because there is a choice of properties accommodating up to 28 people in cottages, watermill, and small double-bedded apartments. The grounds were immaculate and surrounded by wildlife.
Sadly, we only had two nights here but there was nothing we didn't like about the converted stable we used. It was convenient; the patrons were very helpful and attentive; the welcome pack was appreciated; and we had a good time.

Overlooking the river, with abundant wildlife - rabbits, deer and birds of prey. The accommodation is immaculate and spotlessly clean. And the location is great, a short drive along quiet country roads to Stamford, Bourne and the Deepings.
