Very well equipped and beautiful location.
The only fault was that the huge doors faced the afternoon sun, and when there was a wind it was not possible to open them just a little. It was all or nothing, so in hot weather it was difficult to keep cool, as there are no windows. The blind could not be used in the wind because it would be damaged and the curtains too. This is a design fault, only important in hot, sunny weather.

Very large, modern and well decorated property. Very comfortable bed and decent shower. Plenty of plates and cutlery etc and great kitchen appliances. Lovely location for a relaxing break and great walk through woods and alongside the river. Good for visiting nearby attractions and Bourne town only 5 minutes drive with several supermarkets and restaurants etc.
Nothing - all fantastic. We look forward to returning next year for another break in the Roost.
