Location
Communication issues , need a bit more other than that a hob of some sort instead of f a microwave , ice compartment or some kind of ice maker 🤔 just a thought .

A well equipped, comfortable bed sit. Close to the The Corn Exchange Car park opposite £8 a day Chinese takeaway opposite - very good Short waking distance into town
Steep staircase to the top floor Noise from adjacent pub / beer garden into earlier hours at weekends

Perfect location . Lovely interior
The property is on a busy road & whilst I knew this, I feel that the bedroom windows should be more insulated against noise & light from traffic & people walking by, especially on Friday/ Saturday nights, which kept us awake until the early hours. Property could have been cleaner & bathroom would definitely benefit from a Repaint & update of showering sealing.
