Lovely stay at a lovely place in a great location.

Second time we have stayed at The Old seed Store. Location is perfect. Virtually in Town Centre, with car park directly opposite front door. Lovely spacious room with very large shower room and a very comfy bed. Loads of nice bars and eating places within few minutes walking distance. Stamford is a lovely place with nice walks around the surrounding area.

Not really a dislike as microwave was good enough for a couple of days, but if you stay longer and need to cook, a small hob would be beneficial as eating out can be expensive on a longer holiday.

Good facilities (kitchenette, hot shower)

Very noisy (the bar next door open until 0230 and road noise); Unclean in places (cups & cutlery, carpet, one of the sheets had stains). Expected more for the price we paid.

Great location, central to town and shops and pubs. Comfortable bed but remember to take earplugs!

Bedding and towels had stains. The host insisted that these were clean and had been washed but you just shouldn’t provide guests with stained bedding if you are charging for letting your room out. There was also dirty cutlery in the drawers.

Cosy comfort and lots of space!

Superb space. Really lovely kitchen area, bathroom was spotless, beds very very comfy. We were warm and cosy. The car park over the road is a busy one but we got a space and it's free on Sundays.

The bar next door was loud until the small hours and then recycled their bottles making a load of noise in the middle of the night. It's not really fair as there's nothing this property can do about it but it would be bad for babies or light sleepers. And make sure you have the door code before you arrive as it's self service entry.

Good location for everything in Stamford

Very central location easy to walk into town

Very noisy on Friday and Saturday night loud shouting coming from the road and nightclub next door. Would have preferred an oven instead of a washing machine.

Nice apartment in attractive town.

Nice decor, friendly host, spacious apartment, nice town, generally very pleasant.

Disturbed by next door music venue and drinkers until well after 1am on the Saturday night (but much quieter on the Sunday night).

Great Location

It was a lovely place and very convenient for the town center.Very high speck throughout.GreatThe owners were on hand to help if we had a problem.

The television was difficult for us to work.Someone eventually came to help but we still struggled.We were then under the impression that we could get Netix but it actually hadn't been paid for.We were very disappointed about that as because we are older now we go out in the day and stay in in the evenings.

Great venue but spoilt at night by music venue next door.

Great studio in historic building. Clean, well equipped spacious and comfortable. Good shower. Perfect location for exploring Stamford and short walk from Burghley House. Parking straight across road. £8 per day but free on Sundays and bank holidays. Host lovely, and Tom the dog.

If you stay on a weekend you won’t get any sleep between 10pm and 2am due to the venue, Mama Lizs, next door. The music is unbelievably loud, even with all the studios double glazed windows closed. According to their website it closes at 10pm on Sundays, but this Sunday it was open until 2am. I can’t believe that this level of noise is acceptable and don’t know how local residents cope with it every weekend.

Great location, easy to walk into town, Burghley House. Car park across the road.

Stairs to the studio were quite steep and may be challenging for some. Very hot with being at the top of the building.

Lovely studio excellent for centre of stamford but not if you not into nightclubs.

Lovely studio. Everything was lovely. Close to shops and town centre. 2 mins walk.

Shame about a very busy and very very noisy nightclub next door. We stayed Thursday to Sunday and had no sleep before 3.00 am. Surely this has to be against some law. If you intention visiting the nightclub please don't book. You will regret it. What a shame it won't let me add the video we took of the nightclub.

Very central easy parking. Good food and beer plenty to see.

There was a music bar next door till am very noisy on Friday and Saturday night. Could have done with a oven not a washing machine no were to dry your washing.

Lots of positives, but noisy music and a mouldy washing took the sparkle from a quirky little flat.

Quirky attic flat with lots of character, Location was good, as it was close to town, however there is a very noisy nightclub next door, that I could hear all Thursday and Friday night, should I have known the proximity to loud outdoor music I would not have booked.

Washing machine was mouldy, which meant I had to wash my clothes a few times. Fridge was a bit grubby. Instructions for access were not sent. I had to ring a few times to get a response.

Great place to stay, so close to town, beautiful flat and have everything what you need for the stay. Great communication as well. Will definitely return next time when will come back to Stamford.
