Excellent location close to town centre. Parking nearby. Spacious apartment, comfortable beds and lounge area.

As many have mentioned in reviews, the location is noisy due to the night club next door, plus a busy road. No hot water in the kitchen, and showers were at best barely luke-warm.

The property location was ideal for leaving the car parked in the car park across the road and walking round every street in Stamford. The apartment was beautiful. The rooms were all big, light and airy. There was plenty of storage and space for 4 grown adults. The living area was lovely and the bedrooms were great, both having en-suites and comfy beds.

As we were only staying for the weekend, these weren’t major issues for us. However, for a longer stay, the limited hot water and minimal glassware could become a little inconvenient. There is also a nightclub next to the property, so there was some noise on both Friday and Saturday nights from people queuing to get in and leaving later in the evening. It didn’t particularly bother us, but it’s worth knowing if you’re a light sleeper or prefer a quieter location. When we returned from dinner at around 11pm on Saturday, the queue extended across the entrance to the property, so we had to explain that we were guests rather than joining the queue. While this wasn’t a significant problem for us, it could feel a little uncomfortable for some visitors.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was well situated for getting into town being just a short walk from the town centre.

However, our room overlooked a busy main road and the building is next door to a night club. As we were staying on Friday and Saturday nights we were kept awake by the noise until about 3am.
