Great location, great parking, comfortable, easy to find
A little “tired”, but not anywhere to the point where it spoilt the stay. Nothing in the way of a “welcome” except 2 inches of milk in a bottle in the fridge.

Good location, quiet area, convenient parking, nice dining and living area, nice outdoor seating, decent shower
Obviously being an older period building, a couple of the windows are single glazed, wooden frame so had some whistling from winds during the night.

the location was great, the staff where really friendly and the cleaners where great getting the property ready a bit earlier for us. The beds where clean and there was plenty of space. Outside courtyard was a bonus and it was very quiet.
Having one toilet for a property that sleeps 7 is a bit of a pain. We were just staying one night as we had a birthday party in town so the location and the clean beds were great, had I been staying there as a family wouldn't have been so impressed, ants in the hallway and kitchen so wouldn't have wanted to eat there (which we didn't as out for food/breakfast) sofa was a bit dirty and it could have done with a freshen up.
