Our host was there to meet us on arrival to hand over keys and show us around which was great. The property has been recently renovated and is really clean. The kitchen facilities are great, as is the lounge - you could spend a few days here easily. The property backs onto Glasgow Green which is a nice outlook from the front rooms of the property. The location is handy to transport links or is walkable to plenty.
The bathroom has not been renovated yet but was clean - so only a minor. Although the property is a great location 'distance-wise' from many sights - I wouldn't recommend walking back to it at night based on our experience.

The location was just far enough away from the city centre to be quiet but only a short taxi ride away.
Looking out the kitchen window to the rear of the flat to an old mouldy mattress wasn't the best view. (But I will add this was not on or part of the property).
