Staff were very helpful prior to check in, during and afterwards. The apartment itself was clean and great value for money. It was very quiet and i'm unsure if there was anyone in the other apartments but we never heard a peep or saw anyone. There are a few reviews about people not having their deposits returned which made me very nervous but my deposit was returned to me very quickly with an email to confirm this. I will definitely be using Royal Chambers Serviced Apartments again in the future. Very happy customer.

I was happy with everything. If I was to be picky the tap in the kitchen sink was practically hanging off and there were a couple of handles missing from cupboards but who cares? This had no impact on my overall stay.

The location was great. Very walkable to a lot of necessities and sites like the Glasgow Cathedral, etc. The units have everything you could need for your stay.

There was a bit of an issue with the rain leaking through the ceiling in one of the bedrooms, however they took care of this and moved us to a new unit and made it right.

Apartment 4. good size apartment. comfy beds. kitchen well equipped for what we needed. had salt and pepper, tea and coffee, and cleaning products. good shower. despite being by a main road, relatively quiet. good modern large TV and good wifi. We would happily stay again.

Heating not working on arrival. Unable to get hold of owner as incorrect phone number provided with booking and they did not respond to messages left via booking.com either. Once we did manage to contact her, more by chance than design, she did try and get the heating mended and was very helpful. Flooring and general standard of finish not of quality expected from the description. Lack of any pictures or ornaments made it feel somewhat clinical.

Great apartment but felt the customer service needs addressed.

The beds were very comfy and it was bright and airy. The apartment was clean and well maintained.

The tv remote didnt work, we emailed and stated why, was told to pop to the cafe to get batteries- batteries were fine it was the remote. She asked to leave it with her, we said no worries as we were heading out for the day, on return the cafe was closed and no remote for the tv at all. I email and whatsapped … and still now after we have checked out no email reply or reply on whatsapp We know it sounds trivial but it was a few friends who spend halloween together and watch halloween movies etc and we were unable to do this which was disappointing.

Clean, comfortable stay in Glasgow

It was a great stay in an older style building that had been renovated. Beds were super comfortable and the apartment was very roomy. Great kitchen and bathroom, was good having a lift to our floor, the units were warm. We used the parking at night across the road free from 6pm-8am which was great and drove 5 minutes towards the city and parked in the parking buildings while we visited the city. It worked well for us. Would stay here again. Host Natalie was great with communication and getting back to us, Thanks

It was comfy and worked for what we needed but was more tired than anticipated

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable, there was clean crockery and glasses to use. Good tv in the living area and wifi worked well. We cooked meals in microwave which was clean and good. There were some tea bags and coffee at the property and some milk cartons in the fridge so you could make a drink. Very close to the cathedral so had a nice walk around there one evening.

The property is more tired than the pictures show but I appreciate it is at the end of the summer. It is located between the hospital and it's car park and at a main road junction so it is quite noisy at night. Not an issue but a peice of advice - It is on a main road junction so if you are getting taxi/uber is easier to user the car park just opposite.

Location is good but only stairs for 5th floor is challenge especially to lift the luggage.

Deposit of £250 pound without any personal Check in was ridiculous! So many items were damaged and not usable was kept aside. So Many message,SMS AND CALL no reply. I don’t know when I will get back my deposit which I never paid any where without personal check in. I expect BOOKING.COM to intervene and resolve the issue failing which never approach BOOKING.COM

Smells amazing in the entrance. Nice and spacious properties with high ceilings.

Apartment 5: the curtain in the lounge is not proper secured to the wall and fell. This is not the first time it has happened as there are numerous holes in the wall so has tried to be fixed. Apartment 3: looks and feels like an empty apartment ready to be sold. Window in the lounge cannot be open to allow fresh air to flow through the property. The flooring in the bathroom has not been laid correctly and feels like a shoddy job. Coffee in the apartment is for a filter coffee machine so not drinkable.

Needs maintenance and updating? Couldn’t turn heating down in main livery area as thermostat was broken. Bedside lamp in first bedroom has broken fitting,toilet was not fixed to the floor properly so moved! Just needs few jobs done as well as a coat of paint here and there.

Lovely apartment close to Glasgow city centre

It's a very spacious, comfortable, well-equipped apartment on the 2nd floor. We could enter with gate code, everything was smooth. Every room was clean when arrived. There's two separate bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, big living room with a big sofa. Pleasant, safe neigborhood, the city centre is 10-15 minutes by walk, Glasgow cathedral and necropolis is only 5 mins.

There was no salt and pepper in the kitchen. There was no safe luggage storage after checking out. We could only have leaved our luggages on the corridor, next to the elevator, but it was not safe enough.

Great place to stay and parking was very close. make sure you have plenty of coins if from abroad.

Was within walking distance of city centre and everything we needed. Apartment had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay in Glasgow.

Whilst the parking suggested was a perfect location, we couldn't get the app to work due to it not recognising a foreign number and we needed to pay with coins. Would be good to add this to the parking suggestion. This was the only issue we had with our stay.

Great using key codes and not having to collect keys. Very quiet around the property and easy to get to by foot (if you're up for a mile walk from Central Glasgow) and felt safe walking to & from the apartment. First class apartment that suited us perfectly.
