Plenty of hot water, and room temperature was good. Felt quite secure.
Could use more towels, and the lack of bathroom storage was inconvenient. Felt a bit austere, could use some decoration like a bit of artwork on walls.

It was spacious, nicely decorated, good location, good but expensive cafe next door
There were a few broken things such as the blind in the lounge had completely come off the window and was laying on the window ceil, the bath plug didn’t work, the toilet seat in the ensuite was broken

clean flat , separate bedrooms, opened kitchen, big social space , shower with bath , code access to get into the flat
unable to open the windows in the bedrooms, lack of unit in the bathroom for cosmetics, needs more lighting in the lounge at night , lack of salt and pepper in the kitchen

Heating kept failing and had to keep resetting it, luckily I am a heating engineer but most people would have had a cold weekend, we phoned the helpline and emailed the on our first morning but never had a response of any kind, very poor
